Let’s say we catch 20% of the drugs crossing the border. With more drugs being smuggled, that 20% equates to a larger number. It’s stands to reason that the more you smuggle the more smuggling you’ll catch. Same with illegals Biden invited here.

There is a difference between volunteering information about yourself (such as filling out an application, getting fingerprinted etc etc) and the government mandating personal information for biometric data for ALL jobs. They're allowed to mandate the SSN for tax reasons. A valid governmental power. Along with security reasons when working for the government. They do not have any sort of power that would allow them to demand that for every job you apply for you must provide your biometrics.

And every month I go to my bank to deposit a check, not once do I have to provide a fingerprint. That is only required if you don't have a bank account, and even then it is up to the discretion of the bank if they do that or not. And last I knew you had discretion to go to X bank or not. And you had discretion if you applied for X job or not. And getting a license to have a business does not require your biometrics, unless you work for the government and they need such for security reasons. And yes, for CC's they track everything that you purchase...but again, having a CC is voluntary, AND its with a private company, not the government.
