See, you're not debating or you would tell us how you know it's an excuse for Russia to steal land. Instead you're making a blank statement without presenting anything factual. The truth is that it goes a lot deeper than taking back land that was stolen from Russia. There's a spiritual and cultural dimension which Russia cannot ignore, or they would be failing not only the Russian people, but humanity as well.

Anyway regardless of your shortcomings in debating, you do realize that the US fought a revolution against Britain for a lot less than what the Western Junta in Kiev has been doing to the Russian speaking population in Ukraine?

By the way, I realize that the US had it's OWI (Office of War Information) during the WW 2 era to promote government propaganda that was anti German and I am not so naive as to think that our government has not got some influence over US media but I'm not sure exactly how much.

If you still see the war as one of Russia's making, it's likely that one of the things you're missing is viewing Stone's documentary Ukraine On Fire. Or, perhaps you're missing knowledge of the shenanigans of McCain, Nuland and so many others back in 2014? Maybe you're missing knowledge of the 8 years worth of shelling of civilian populations in Donbas by Nuland's Goons?

Thank you for the additional information. Because I have not studied this conflict as closely as I should and realize that in war, the first casualty is the truth I will look at the information you have provided more closely while remaining as objective as I can.

After all, if the OWI was active and influential during the WW 2 era, I see no reason to think that it or its equivalent is not active in attempting to shape opinion today.

Do you think that the Russian forces have really had about 100,000 casualties or is that an inflated number?

I doubt the Russians have suffered casualties that high, but you never know. From the outside looking in, it appears to me all Ukrainian victories have been only in the propaganda war. Many Americans are very gullible and extremely well indoctrinated.

 

Americans can't be bothered with such trivial things....it's so much easier just believing whatever the DC Ministry of Truth tells them.
