You don't have a point look at you furiously typing all this nonsense I already know it's because you like biting more than Trump and so therefore if they do the same thing Trump is automatically worse for it it's the same thing I've been watching leftists do my entire life.

The Republican is evil because the Republicans are therefore every crime they do must be prosecuted to the fullest extent but when my guy does it is perfectly okay it's not really that big of a deal.

You don't need to go through all this to explain to me you have double standards I already accept that.

When you show me proof he didn't declassify them.

Bill did the same thing and kept his records for 8 years until his library was built.

PRA isn't in the criminal code. Now ole Biden isn't protected by PRA.

I don't give a crap what you think Trump should've done and will bet he doesn't get indicted either. Ole Joe as usual f'd that up for the lefties. Trump gets to play by the same rules as past presidents, if he did anything nefarious it'll come out but to date, we're whining over records. For that matter I doubt Joe did either, but what he just did was open up all those pesky things to investigation to Chinese donation to Joe on behalf of the very place he was storing classified documents. Joe's just dumb and has some very shady foreign government donations, Trump is just stubborn and doesn't trust some in the government nor on the left so he fights when he should just shut the hell up.

The FBI gave Swalwell a complete pass, so I can as well..... not sure why you can't.

Speaking of Swalwell, the complete dirtbag who threatened him and his family has been publicly identified (Jonathan Reeser - Indiana) and fired from his job, leaving him even more free time to be deranged... Hope more comes out of that story, legal-wise...

Heres a free tip for Democrats from an independent who voted for Biden in 20.... dont let talks of removing AG Garland become a thing, it reminds me of talks of removing AG Sessions

There's nothing to debate literally the only thing you're discussing is why we shouldn't hold Joe Biden to the same standard as Donald Trump.

The only way to debate that is to point out that it's a double standard.

Debating all your silly little excuses of why you think that Lynn's legitimacy to them I'm not in the business of legitimizing nonsense

Biden makes Trump look like a good guy. And he makes crooked Hillary look like Saint Teresa.

Inadvertent! What? How stupid are the citizens of this country?

    Yes

""How that could possibly happen, how one anyone could be that irresponsible," Biden responded. "And I thought what data was in there that may compromise sources and methods. By that, I mean, names of people helped or et cetera."

"And it's just totally irresponsible," Biden added.

Is storing them by a Corvette responsible? Should Biden hold himself to his own condemnations? Will you?

    Ahhhh nope

"You’ve heard a lot about Mar-a-Lago in recent days. An FBI search. Responses from former President Donald Trump. Supporters gathering near the mansion waving flags and signs. So what is Mar-a-Lago like? Unless you’re on Trump’s guest list for a social affair, get invited as a dignitary or world leader, or pay for a private club membership (assuming you make the cut), the door is closed for you. This isn’t Vizcaya. That means, no public tours or a weekend cabana fee to use the pool or spa.

And how does your assertion even mitigate Biden's problems?

There go the hundreds of time his press spokesperson claimed he takes classified material seriously, obviously he doesn't.

And now we find out that Hunter listed himself as the owner on some documents and then was paying The Big Buy $50,000 a month in rent. BTW this when he was paying the Chinese spy to be his "assistant". You know the China that gave $50 million to the college as Biden was opening his "think tank" and being paid $1 million a year for classes he never taught.

Oh this seems to have lots of tentacles

It only goes to him and he would be responsible and his the WH already admitted the negligence.

Biden already admitted guilt — he’s just betting Garland doesn’t prosecute him, or Trump

In announcing Hur’s appointment, Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland laid out the facts of the case that drove him to the decision. Biden, while he was a private citizen after the conclusion of his term as vice president, retained batches of classified information in unauthorized locations.

That is enough evidence of a federal penal offense to warrant a criminal investigation and potential prosecution — which is what’s necessary under Department of Justice regs to trigger the appointment of a special counsel.

The reaction to the special counsel appointment by Richard Sauber, the lawyer Biden has brought into the White House to help deal with investigations, was remarkable. He said the president was confident that the special counsel investigation would find that the documents in question were “inadvertently misplaced.”

That’s not a defense to a charge of mishandling classified information. It is tantamount to an admission of guilt. For conviction, federal law requires prosecutors to establish that the defendant was grossly negligent. There is no need to prove that an accused was trying to harm the United States; just that he was trusted with classified information and carelessly flouted the standards for safeguarding it.

So it appears that Biden is not challenging that the documents were classified, that the locations in which he kept them were not authorized, and that he failed to keep track of them. Why have an investigation when all the elements of the offense are established?.....

Were Trump in office the Dems would have already started an impeachment.

Wouldn't surprise me if Fang Fang was kanoodling with Hunter Biden at that Delaware home and while Hunter was passed out on Drugs, she was out there snapping photos of all those Top Secret documents and forwarding them to China. She might have even took the Vet out for a drive to meet Eric Swalwell for a fling with him and get more classified information.

Blame it all on the "Green Comet" that's in the heavens now returning after 50,000 years.
Myth has it that one of the things a comet can manifest is a change in leadership..lol
Seriously though, America's both parties and its government are imploding before our eyes which is what we all should be concentrating on, the failure of "The Great Experiment."

Dude, foreign nationals are allowed there all of he time. He wanted to host a Saudi tournament there, remember? How did you not know this? As for any vetting that goes on, we've already seen several stories showing that the vetting is . . . let's say less than stellar.

Which isn't what I said, now was it? I said that foreign nationals have access. And, by the way, at least one spy has infiltrated it before. How does being invited to a White House even make it easy to access classified docs?

Documents were left among beach chairs and umbrellas, as Trump hosted at least 50 political events.

Less than 60 feet away from the White and Gold Ballroom, where event attendees spilled out onto an awning, multiple storage rooms were used to stash the documents. The storage rooms — lining the pool where guests swam, and around the corner from the ballroom — feature arched doors that per The Times were frequently kept half-open, and were open during at least four political events.

Then how come I knew about it yesterday and there are posts referencing this 28 hours ago?

Also notice that what was found in total in Biden's house is 6 pages, five on Thursday evening meaning only one page in the garage, yet this one page has been reported as a batch
