It does. It shows that white and black people equally take part in the same crime. Yet the predominantly white police force ends up arresting black people 5 times more.

I sourced that we do. And you're just this because you can't stand how it makes the predominantly white police force look.

    You're just gaslighting.

And you're editing out that the predominantly white police force has no excuse for their driving while black attitude, for pulling over black people unreasonably often when they can see who is behind the car.

That's adding up that racism is why it happens.

All you did was post the same opinion pieces that have been debunked a dozen times since the last time you posted them. You also refuse to understand how probable cause works, is there a reason you're being dishonest about this?

LOL, do you have any actual evidence for any of that fiction? Is race baiting an Olympic sport now?

In no way you even attempt to prove you're right with your "I'm sure the observed stats amongst everyone here would suggest that continuous illicit drug use by blacks is multiples higher than whites".

    That's on you.

“There is nothing more painful to me at this stage in my life than to walk down the street and hear footsteps... then turn around and see somebody white and feel relieved.” Jesse Jackson

If Jesse Jackson was a cop he would disproportionately pull over black people. Not because he is racist but instead because of his life experiences.

You just found something that fits your racist opinion. So that's on you.
Data for driving while black shows that white people are the bigger criminals % wise when pulled over.

Researchers reviewed the rate at which drivers were searched and the likelihood that those searches turned up illegal drugs and guns. There was evidence that the bar for searching black and Latino drivers is lower than that for white drivers, even though white drivers were more likely to have contraband. Across states, contraband was found in 36 percent of searches of white drivers, compared to 32 percent for black drivers and 26 percent for Latinos.

After adjusting for the variation in sunset times across the year, researchers found a 5 to 10 percent drop in the share of stopped drivers after sunset who are black, suggesting black drivers are being racially profiled during the day.

    https://www.nbcnews.com/news/us-new...raffic-stops-new-evidence-racial-bias-n980556

Cops are simply racist. It's on them that the data shows what they are doing to black people, and not treating them the same as white people... even when data says differently how the focus should be. And these cops who pull people over simply work exactly like their narcotics department. I proved that.

Its his CRT equation. Blacks are disproportionally stopped by police so police stops are by definition racist. For the CRTers there is no debate necessary. Their silly logic draws the conclusion

Cry me a friggen river, if Black CRIMINALS are getting arrested 5 times as much, maybe that's 5 times the motivation for them to change their behavior and be good productive citizens instead of violent criminal thugs. Gonna take awhile, but if the Black community wants to change appearances, they need to start at the home with their kids and BOTH! parents need to start raising nice and respectful law abiding citizens that study in school instead of single parent violent young offenders. If I was a cop, I'd profile the hell out of certain people knowing that they are MUCH! more like to react violently to being detained and apprehended.

Its called “fish where fish are”. Who is most likely to not have a valid drivers license, have outstanding warrants, unpaid tickets, or be under the influence? Not to mention armed, holding, and dealing?
    Advice for my black friends:

Go cry me a river that the narcotic brigade arresting black people 5 times more often while white people do an equal amount of drug related crime is clearly proving their institutionalized racism.

You know what is going to take "a while". The white community realizing that black people also fall under the same constitution that unusual seizing people is strictly forbidden. You can see it in this thread that there are plenty of people who support trashing the constitution for the sake to let a white cop kill a unarmed black civilian posing no threat to anybody. Those people and lots of cops still got this Jim Crow culture going on.

You're just posting your racist bias, while I actually just sourced the opposite.

That's the best informational video Black people could ever see, it should be mandatory viewing in every predominantly Black junior and high school in America.

Lesson to non idiots. Don't resist arrest.

Nobody should be permitted to commit felonies with no justice just because they are black and want to resist arrest.

Don't want to be tasered for trying to flee. Quit trying to flee. Don't want to be placed under arrest for hit and run don't drive under the influence of mind altering substance.

Mr. Anderson played a stupid game and won a stupid prize.

Lessons to thugs with badges and idiots: comply with the US constitution at all times.
And in this case the 4th amendment about unreasonable way of seizing people.
The guy was unarmed and not posing any threats to anybody.
Tasing such a person for 30 seconds straight and than some more a couple of times, is a clear violation of the constitution.

And here you are trashing the US constitution like some kind of North Korean or ayatollah.
Why should anybody care about your opinion when it's flat out contrary to the constitution?

To be honest, it's about time the likes of you start paying them millions in damages, with your play stupid games win a stupid prize.

Mr. Answering didn't have a badge. The police were doing their job.
Attending to subdue sunburst who is trying to flee justice is not unconstitutional
No it isn't. The police were investigating a felony where Mr. Anderson was the suspected perpetrator. Your right against seizure is limited.
    Then he should have complied.
Feel free to make the case but based on what I saw they weren't just stunning him for giggles.
Not the Constitution, just your false reinterpretation of it.
You don't have to. But you responded. If you didn't care if I didn't threaten your paper thin grasp on the subject, you wouldn't respond. My posts seem to upset you. Why?

    Oh is it?
    https://constitution.congress.gov/constitution/amendment-4/
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

You lot lost already LOADS of court cases of this kind of excess force by cops. It's time that people like you start paying the millions for raping the constitution again and again when specifically black people are subjected to excess violence.

So you think the fourth amendment is just carte blanche to commit whatever felonies you want and not be held accountable for them

The 4th amendement doesn't protect a person from being seized. It protects a person from a unreasonable seizure.
The insanity that you can not distinguish the difference and the failure to comprehend the constitution on something so simple, is really telling.

It's like explaining this to an Iranian or Chinese where protesters get killed left and right who got no clue about the 4th amendment in the US.

Under investigation for felony hit and run is perfectly reasonable.

they were attempting to investigate for felony Hit and run. If that's not reason enough to arrest and detain somebody nothing is.
No it's like explaining someone should get away with a felony because BLM or some nonsense
