One wonders how many of the 7k folk work in providing the maintenance (and infrastructure work) for the Reedy Creek Development (which the state/locals) will now have to provide?

 

They need to fire their so-called creatives imagineers are imagining garbage.

 

I think it's worldwide and involves the numerous franchise they own/control such as Pixar, Marvel, and others. It is not just the parks that are also located worldwide. But it is mostly lower earnings reports and a restructuring getting rid of redundancy.

Yeah. It's so weird: the governor of the 4th biggest GDP state decides to use his office to directly punish a company because he doesn't like their opinion; the far right decides to make Disney a symbol of wokeism; and as a result right wing voters (who we know follow their heroes in lock step) decide to boycott and cancel Disney.
And now you come and cry on these boards that Disney isn't doing so well?

Never been a fan of Disney's, but if you don't think that DeSantis calling Disney woke and then running on the platform that Florida is where woke goes to die has had some very negative repercussions on Disney you are out of your mind.
