However, there are those who have read the ruling and note what judge Kacsmaryk has stated:

He has referred to mifepristone as killing or “starv[ing] the unborn human until death.”

Here's a good read as it covers other issues as well. Even just the ruling on standing is absolutely ridiculous. The judge claimed that the doctors, et al who sued have standing, because the the cases where women who use the drug and have bad outcomes could OVERWHELM THEIR SERVICES!

However, that can not be claimed to have happened, nor is their any justification for giving standing on the basis of someone's hypothetical future.
