You seem to be focusing on contraception, but I had focused my reply on what seemed to be your contention that treatment for all of women's healthcare issues, are accessible throughout the country. My reply was meant to inform you that this is not the case, when it comes to abortion, in many states (again-- banned completely in 14 states; only 6 weeks of availability in two states, with Florida's change, a potential third; five other bans, currently held up in the courts). You respond, talking about Executive Orders, which of course cannot possibly change this, since the SCOTUS recently gave the individual states, authority regarding abortion, in the Dobbs decision.

BTW, Justice Clarence Thomas has expressed an interest in restricting access to contraception.

I saw nothing, as in zip and zero, in Biden's EO (though I admit I did not read every stupid word) that gave any woman better access to abortion. This then falls into the bloviating category.

Thomas has little to no say in the matter. Per Dobbs (and the Constitution) the federal government cannot make abortions available nor unavailable.
