Should gay and trans people have their own bathrooms?

Or a unisex one for those who aren't paranoid about such things. Just like what is already happening in unisex restrooms across the country. You go in, take a piss or dump, wash your hands (hopefully) and leave.

Now here is the thing. If the person is in the stall, then one never sees a penis or a vagina for that matter. So then what is the issue? I will agree with you that if anyone is showing their crotch outside the stall or outside a urinal situation (it's the looker's fault if they are trying to see the junk of a man at the urinal), then yes, they need to be charged. But no one sees anything in a stall, unless they are the violator.

You can find other stories. Of course the problem is that opponents want to claim that this means that all transgenders are an assault risk. By that logic, that means we don't let priests into the men's room since they are a risk to young boys.

don’t act as if this is absurd at all or unprecedented. Some states you can be put the sex offenders list for relieving yourself in the streets.

 

Every kid in the country is safer around a trans person in the bathroom than they are with the clergy at their church or even family members. It's fake outrage that has nothing to actually do with protecting kids, just attacking trans people.

Dude, you can be put on a sex offender list for urinating in public. It doesn't even have to be a sexual offense or a seen penis. But now your standard is that if I see a transgender person anywhere near a restroom, I can accuse them of having gone into the "wrong" one and that fact of what's between their legs is what you want to determine guilt of showing genitals to others, not reality. And also, you condemn the kid who simply ran in too fast to notice they got the wrong restroom.

You didn't read it at all did you. By your standards, per your own words, I don't actually have to be honest. I make the accusation and it is revealed that their crotch isn't the match for said restroom, and it's instant RSO list. No actual crime committed.

You want to know the stupidest part of this? Many places have “unisex” toilets. Certainly disability toilets are more commonly unisex - so what is the issue?

 

There commonly are “three” or in some places here four “bathrooms”. One marked women, one marked men, one disability and marked “unisex” and one for parents which is also marked “unisex”. But then, in some ways we seem more advanced than America

For pretty much EVER people had this all figured out. There were trans people that had transitioned and didnt make an issue of it...they just went and did their thing and no one really cared...didnt think about it to be honest. But within the last few years trans people started making an issue of by damn I should be able to go in and flop my junk around in a womans bathroom if i want to cuz I'm a GIRL dammit!...and a lot of moms got pissed when men started walking around in front of their daughters. High school girls got upset because they had to shower with men in their locker rooms.

Everyone sacrificed women and basic decency and common sense for these 'trans rights'...which we all know by now that there is an expectation that EVERYONE should have to capitulate to the wants of the LGBTQQIA+x3double secret made up gender mafia.

Its an issue today because people are finally throwing the flag and saying enough.

Sure...you can build a third bathroom...but the reality is the Marxist rat leftists will just pee themselves over that because we arent treating men that pretend they are women like REAL women....which...they arent.
