years ago, right after the GOP took the house with Newt's Contract, one of the freshman congress critters was a woman named Helen Chenoweth, from Wyoming IIRC. a hearing had been scheduled by the anti gun majority before the election and it was held shortly after the GOP took control. One of the witnesses for the Gun banners was some researcher-I believe from one of the anti gun universities such as Harvard. He went on and on when Representative Chenoweth asked him this? did your research include WHITE citizens? silence. Did your research involve white people shooting other whites? silence. then HC noted, well since your studies don't apply to almost every one of MY constituents, I can safely ignore what you are trying to advocate.
