I would rather have Biden say that he has accomplished the main thing he wanted, which was to remove the criminal trump from office, and now will let others take the lead because he acknowledges his advancing age.
But if the repubs are stupid enough to let trump get the nomination, I would gladly vote again for Biden, as will most voters. His record is mainly good, regardless what the apoplectic maga hordes like to claim.
Their hysterical obsession with an irrelevancy like Hunter Biden is proof of their impotence against Joe.
A senile patriot is better than a senile seditious malignant narcissist.

A turnip would make a better president.

Lol…a majority of Americans would rather vote for a turnip than vote for a seditious traitor like trump ever again.
Just about anyone but trump would have a better chance against Biden, but leave it to maga to keep pandering to him because they don’t want to admit their mistakes.

Whatever.... You can guarantee Joe Biden won't see a second term. Bank on it.

    I don't want him.

To be clear, I didn't want to watch Kennedy before because it was painful to listen to him. I thought that he got hit hard from smoking, but then I learned that it was because of a neurological problem and I felt more sympathy for him. But, I haven't run into any more interviews with him in the media.

Can anyone really say who is in charge? Biden's incompetence is getting beyond the ability of the press to hide it. If we are snickering here, our friends are nervous and our enemies are laughing their asses off.
World leaders prefer to deal with the head of state, not some staffer.
If anything, in the eyes of dictators, it shows the weakness of a democratic system vs an authoritarian system.
Lastly, I belong to Yougov and it has an obvious hard left wing bias. You have to know that if you must refer to it. The last time I looked they had Jimmy Carter as the best president ever! LOL!

I don't know when he'll drop out, but I bet he will. Some Democrats might put the skids under him by a allowing the scandals to be publicized.

Right now this whole presidential race is totally depressing. We are stuck with to old farts as candidates who need to retire. One has no brain; the other has too much ego.

Those are all good talking points, but I think Soros and Obama will have the last say.

You blew your whole piece right there! We are using all of our financial military might in Ukraine right now.....a war that never would have happened if it were not for the weak kneed withdrawal from Afghanistan and the "great weapons giveaway.

It amazes me that after Hillary vs Trump and then Trump vs Biden, you don't have more of a movement to change the election system away from two party dominance.

Patently absurd. Too believe that Biden is doing a good job is similar to believing that the moon is made of cheese.

the country is too divided, a 3rd party would split the vote and one would always win

And there appears to be little push to change that. It comes up during an election and people say "Its not time". Then in the middle of a term, nobody brings it up.

I would suggest changing the election system away from first past the post. Round robin, STAR, and yes, even ranked choice are all considerably better.

The Russian invasion had been intended to take over the whole country, in a couple of weeks...So yeah, I think Biden (along with the Ukrainians, of course, and our allies) has made Putin's objectives much harder to achieve.

Not clear, what you are saying-- if I "must refer to" what? To other Presidents, as a benchmark reference?

If I do this, I "have to know" what? That "Yougov" has a liberal bias? Why would I need to know this-- how is that in any way relevant to my own appraisals?

    1) As I have pointed out, you have not presented any case to make me share your opinion of Biden. In the post you'd quoted, I'd been humoring that other member's depiction of somebody other than Biden, making the decisions, for my point that, whoever it is, he's doing a good job-- so what's the problem?

    2) Biden does deal personally, with world leaders. He is, at this moment, dealing with them, in a meeting of NATO members.

    3) We do not try so much to impress "dictators," with the strengths of our system, as we aim to convince regular people, living under repressive, autocratic regimes.

Then you would have the one party state that you crave. Be careful what you wish for. China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, much of Africa and a lot of the rest of South America have the far left dictatorships that you desire.

Even believing that our satellite is a celestial Swiss, would be less absurd than believing that this reply of yours, constituted anything resembling an argument.
