While I will admit to misreading the article's saying that the removal of mines took three years, to instead say that it had been three years since France's liberation, in 1944, before pressure from the public finally forced the French government, to take this step-- nevertheless, your article is not clear, as to when the actual operation began. If it had been after Germany's defeat, as I would assume it was, there is no reason to bring the other Allies into the decision, of the then restored, French government-- so I am being "real;" you would seem to be the one, fabricating a narrative, between the lines of what your reference material actually says.

Once again, I had been explaining the legal argument that Israel uses, which is different from the stated interpretation of every other nation on the planet, except Denmark. So, that Denmark was the other country, beside France, which had violated the Geneva Conventions, this way, I had thought was interesting, and notable. It signifies, that if you lived in Gaza, it would seem not a wise idea, to complain too loudly about Hamas. In fact, instead of showing the people's faces, they are animated, for confidentiality. Just read the translations of their experience, at the bottom of the screen. These videos, by the way, are available at several sites, including at the mainstream Israeli news site, The Times of Israel-- so it is not some Palestinian propaganda, if that is where your mind first goes.
