I didn't admit anything. I said you post more personal attacks in one sentence than I do in pages of posts. Which I proved. Everyone makes a personal attack once in awhile. But, when you're losing and argument, your whole post devolves into a personal attack; one after another. That was the point, I never said I didn't make them; I said you can tell when Condor is on the ropes, his posts are a string of personal attacks.

No. What I'm telling you is that your list of crimes you claim Democrats have committed is horseshit.

So to be clear, in your mind, none of the following ever happened

Falsify documents to federal judges to get illegal FISA warrants to spy on your campaign
Create a fake dossier about Russian hookers peeing on you
Falsify claims of being a planted Russia Spy just to run an investigation
Attack you 24/7 with thousands of fake media claims
Start impeachments proceedings the day you take office
Offer payoffs to electors to change their votes
Weaponizing federal law enforcement to get Trump

That’s not trying to “rig” an election, that’s responding to the results of the election.

Perhaps you don’t recall the events of 2020 leading up to the election: the blm riots (mostly on democrat run cities, “antifa”(stupidest name for a group EVER), and of coarse covid (which just happened to show up conveniently at the perfect time to blame President Trump.)

Not to mention biden, you know, the great uniter of our country, hasn’t even bothered to try and find out where this covid originated.

Now THAT’S trying to rig an election!!

In the US, staging an insurrection is a crime! So, in order to be disqualified under the Insurrection clause of the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution, a candidate must have been charged with AND convicted of Insurrection. Otherwise, qualifications for presidential candidacy becomes political grandstanding. That is something that the Founding Fathers were set against. Trump has not been charged with, or convicted of, Insurrection. Therefore the 14th Amendment Insurrection clause does not apply.

Think about this: Trump has been charged in connection with the Jan 6 protest that got out of hand. (There is a good chance that the case will never make it to trial, but that is beside the point.) The DOJ has charged Trump with. "Trump has been charged with four counts: conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding and conspiracy against rights." You will notice that does not include a charge of Insurrection. So, ask yourself this: If the facts could support a prima facie case for the charge of insurrection, would the DOJ hesitate to bring the charge against Trump? Obviously, the facts did not support the charge. Therefore, Trump is not disqualified from running for a second Presidential Term.

I would be very interested to see that happen. The Maine Governor bragged about meeting Biden and called the Electoral College a relic of white supremacy. Her attempting to disqualify Trump for a crime that he was never charged with or convicted of is nothing more than a political grandstand. I hope that the Maine Legislature does the right thing and Impeach her!!

    You're a lawyer?

You know, for a fact, that invoking clause 3 of the 14th Amendment requires a conviction? I don't know and neither do the majority of lawyers I've heard discussing this. It's uncharted waters and they need to be charted.

And on what set of facts do you think that the DC case will never make it to trial. The trial is set for March 4. Currently the DC circuit court of appeals is hearing Trump's motion to dismiss due to "absolute immunity" from actions taken as part of his job as President.

NOBODY thinks this has a snowball's chance in hell in succeeding. DC circuit is going to deny Trump's request. He'll appeal to the SCOTUS and they are just going to refuse to hear it. March 4th date for the trial is preserved.

Trump has been indicted, that means they have the proof.

What they don't have, YET, is a trial and a conviction. Those are just a matter of time.

It won't surprise me if more states other than Colorado and Maine take Trump off their ballots.

It would not surprise me either.

What else would not surprise me is that, in retaliation, some red states attempt to remove Biden from the ballot. That's because that is all the GOP has become, a political party whose major platform is tit for tat.

I don't think you are seeing clearly.
What lack of understanding are you implying? I have linked the 14th Amendment several times.

Yes, they can protest. You said they were protesting their gov't.
Their gov't was their own party and MAGA. Why protest them? They voted for them. The best protest, if they are upset, is NOT voting for them.

And, OF COURSE, you have proof of that claim.

I don't recall the nuthead being at the Capitol. Deflection noted. Your plant claim is false. Got it.
