They were soft targets. Not a proportional response. Cowardice Biden administration.

Sorry, I thought the sarcasm was apparent, should have given a clue.
He's stolen money all his life because from birth he was trained to expect everything while putting in little. He does so today, and will do so the rest of his life, imo. In his mind, everything is actually his and he tried to just take it. Why would he change when he keeps getting rewarded (and sometimes negatively) for his behavior? He won't, and if he is president again he will know he doesn't have to be worried about being elected again and will beat his own record as worst president ever.
Highlighted in read: perfect statement, wish I would have thought of that!
For you Trump supporters, not worst for policy, but worst as a leader. If he was as great a leader as some would think, he would have won in 2020. I would have voted for him if he had impressed me the first four years, but he showed daily he was in WAY OVER HIS HEAD. Add to that the childish behavior and proving that he made a terrible head of the executive branch.
I'm not one to want the president to be an expert at everything and the ultimate thinker, because that is unrealistic. You think Reagan, Clinton, Bush, Obama, etc. were economic, military, foreign affairs, domestic affairs, transportation, etc etc etc experts? No, their success or failure depended greatly on their ability to appoint and determine a group of people who are great at their specific areas of expertise and rely on them for smart decisions and wise advice, stepping in when needed and making the tough decisions occasionally. Trump was horrible at that because his narcissistic personality won't allow it, he thinks he is the expert on everything and makes a lot of bad decisions because he doesn't allow any opposition to what he already thinks.

If only we had some kind of agreement facilitating a discussion with Iran?!?!?!?!?!?
Much of this 'trouble' with Iran is a direct consequence of Trump cancelling the agreement with Iran. It could be the single worst decision Trump made as president, and that is a high bar.
Just my opinion, but I think if we still had a working relationship with Iran much of what we've been dealing with the last couple of years with Iran wouldn't have happened.

NO US President has EVER ordered a strike on Iranian soil. So, for those that want to play the politics blame game, they can't really explain why that is. And yes, Russia is behind the instability in the straits of Hormuz as well as the ME and Africa.

Joe Biden's response factors in many things regarding US interests including the current hostage negotiations deal they are working on.

And exactly how did Biden's government start "kissing their asses"?
    Please state your case.

Slow them down. Reduce their capabilities. And show them there will be consequences if it happens again.

    What would you suggest?

At some point an actual confrontation with Iran is going to happen. You either do it on their terms or your terms.

That part of the world only responds to power and strength. Not diplomacy and weakness. I'd warn Iran that the next one is going to be in Iran proper.

Biden has worked hard to rebuild the Iranian economy. He's literally allowed them to double their oil production by not enforcing sanctions.

It's sad how bad he miscalculated the terrorist would play nice with a little cash.

I don't want to do s*** but Biden's attempt to pacify Iran has only emboldened them.

Project power through strength and threats hopefully will ensure that you never have to follow through with them that's how it worked with Trump.

All you've done since Biden has gotten into office was emboldened Iran to be more aggressive.

I've told you that area of the world only responds to strength which Biden doesn't have

What he has done now is a measured response of strength.

And Trump was the ***** assed weakest POTUS the country has seen in living memory. On his knees for Kim and bending over for Putin.

Why would you say that? The Iran hostage crisis was 44 years ago, and ...

    ... and nothing.

You either do it on their terms or your terms.

That part of the world? The whole world is better off the more "that part of the world" is ignored.
I'd warn Iran that the next one is going to be in Iran proper.
And end up pissing off nations that could REALLY cause some ****.

Iran doesn't respond to "measured". "Measured" is predictable. "measured" is weakness. "measured" is going to further inflate the instability in the middle east.

But I guess we need to find that out the hard way, huh?

Iran doesn't want Israel. And doesn't like the West. They've been very clear on this. And they will stop at nothing to remove Israel and repay the west in kind.

You can't ignore Iran. They've been very deliberate in their proxy war and aggression towards anything against the west.

No. As I've said. Projection of strength and force will actually pacify Iran from further poking the bear.

Projection? IF they ever actually come close to getting a nuke then we'll have to address that. The last thing we need to do NOW is start more ****, there is plenty to go around in the Mid-East already.
