Moreover,. he can't claim he declassified a document as a private citizen, without proof of that document having been declassified. He hasn't offered any proof. Normal protocol is to memorialize a declassification. Moreover, the FBI inventory list shows a nuke doc in the midst, and he has no authority to declassify a nuke doc without cooperation with the issuing authority

Besides, declassified docs are still government property.

 

If the President takes them with him, AS PRESIDENT, they're declassified. And OMB was President the entire time the docs were being moved.

These charges against OMB are a joke. ALways were. And SCOTUS is going to strike them down if they ever get to them -- Hard
