No charges for Biden for improper handling of classified documents

Ok, here's how we can settle this.

Biden says his brain is fine notwithstanding this report and what we've seen of his behavior. He can prove he's correct by taking a cognitive test on live TV. It could be on pay per view to raise campaign cash - 90% for his campaign, 10% for him.

 

If Biden committed a murder 10 years ago, would Biden's brain damage get him off the hook?

 

It's really gotta hurt to have the investigators say that you are not competent enough to stand trial because you can't remember anything and then go out and say Egyptian leader Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is the president of Mexico.

 

I'd go with that, and at the same time and on the same stage and on the same live TV, Humpty undertakes the same test as do all of the bench on SCOTUS and Haley..

 

There were no charges against Mike Pence, either, and this case was virtually the same in scope and in their response, which was full cooperation. Unlike Trump, neither Pence nor Biden tried to hide documents or prevent searches, nor did they refuse to promptly hand over whatever was asked of them.

I don't like it, not now, not for Pence, snd not for Hillary Clinton. None of them intended harm, or had any criminal intent, but having been granted the privilege of security clearances over the course of my working years, it's my strong opinion that there should be some form of punishment even for unintentional negligence where our nation's secrets are concerned.

All three should lose all clearance rights and privileges for the rest of their lives, Biden's punishment to begin when he leaves office.

Why would he do that? You think that would change what the opposition thinks?

They would say it was pre recorded, they told Biden the answers beforehand, he had a cheat sheet, injected with miraculous drugs.

 

Let’s remember, president Biden was willing to be questioned. Trump refused mueller and just wrote down that he doesn’t remember.

People need to go and read the language of The Stain’s charges. The difference between his actions and those of Biden, Pence et al is quite stark…

 

What a big difference compared with the Mueller report. Where Mueller said he wasn’t going to even consider whether Trump broke the law, because sitting presidents couldn’t be prosecuted.

Trump was treated with kid gloves. Biden gets dragged through the mud.

Trump allegedly took the docs on purpose and refused to return them - Trump is not being charged for taking the docs, he is being charged for refusing to return them

had Trump just turned them over, he would never of been charged - play stupid games, when stupid prizes
