When an adult fails to learn from experience, and previous legal problems, the problem is deeply psychological. The fact remains that he cannot be trusted. Blaming others as he does is juvenile behavior. (in fact many juveniles are much more mature and responsible than he is.) On the surface , he is nothing but a cheap BS artist.

 

Trump should kiss Judge Merchan's ass, he could have allowed the tape and/or audio.

Donald Trump is making history Monday as the first former president to stand trial on criminal charges, a watershed moment for American politics, the presidential election and Trump himself.

Trump — the presumptive Republican nominee for president — is required to be present for the entire trial, which could last as long as eight weeks. He’s pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records, a low-level felony punishable by up to four years in prison. Before the trial kicked off with jury selection Monday, lawyers from both sides argued over some of the more sensational evidence that prosecutors are hoping to use to show why Trump was eager to bury negative stories about himself during the 2016 presidential election.

“The name of this case is the People of the State of New York versus Donald Trump,” Judge Juan Merchan told the initial group of 96 potential jurors in the afternoon. Trump stood and turned around when he was introduced as the defendant, and gave the prospective jurors — some of whom were staring at him intently — a little tight-lipped smirk.

Trump had his eyes closed for a period of time as the judge was reading the potential jurors his instructions, and his eyes looked red and bloodshot when he opened them and peered at the judge.'

Saying "Find more votes" and "check if there were more votes" are not even remotely the same.

If you were called on, would you admit to having any bias? Seems like you're attacking jurors for being honest (or they used an excuse so as to get out of jury service or they understandably feared for theirs and their family's health)

“If there is the slightest, even imaginary dent, in the Gore area, its’s a Democrat vote.”

“If two candidates are marked in the ballot, and one of them is for Gore, it’s a Gore vote.”

“If the ballot is marked for a third party candidate, it’s a Gore vote. No one would waste their vote on that. They wanted to vote for Gore!

The Gore team presented every one of those arguments during the recount.

Add to that the fact the Democrats only demanded a recount in Palm Beach County, which is heavily Democrat and where the Director of Elects was a hyper partisan Democrat who was later removed from office for malfeasance.
