Another reminder that your previous worship-Russia threads and their predictions don't have the best track record.

Yeah, yeah went you have no choice but to clutch for whataboutisms and hug false equivanencies and gas lighting, it's probably better to be "rewarded" for grasping for false equivalencies et al when the jig is up. Lots of useful idiots for the Kremlin to cultivate.

When talking about a nations troll army, it's not Whataboutism to state that the biggest troll army is based in USA. It's just a matter of context AND fact.

The evidence is on this very thread

you not liking context, appears to be the real issue here

"Biggest troll army is based in the US"

You know this for a fact?

    Maybe post an example?

They did okay work then after they turned against the Nazis. That has nothing to do with today, however.

If it wasn't for Studebakers for the Katyushkas, Hurricanes, SPAM luncheon meat, Carharrt socks, etc, your "heroes" would've been lamp shades in German living rooms.

Calling out the Russians, their online and social media troll army and their willing foreign and local useful idiots seem to specifically be triggered when people point them out and expose them.

That deep need of denial is viceral for so many, hence, the statement, the truth hurts so deflection to whataboutisms, false equivanencies and gas lighting are discribed as active measures designed to stoke division and chaos.

It's usually done by the weaker players....any thoughts on why?

I mentioned GDP only indirectly 'Bill'. What I asked you to address (and you haven't) is the fact Russia's capital, labor and equipment are currently focused to a great extent on producing non-productive outputs. If Russia was selling the weapons and munitions it was producing (and purchasing from others) on to other nations it would different. That would be productive investment. It's not doing that. The problem isn't even that Russia is spending its sovereign wealth funds its what its spending them on. Hell, it wouldn't be a problem if it was borrowing the money it was spending (like the US does). What matters is where that money is being spent and what effect it has on GDP.

Also this little gem from someone who claims to be Russia's Warren Buffet? 'If Russia borrowed as much money as the US, it would have the world's 3rd largest economy according to the GDP geniuses.'

    1) Then why do economists all over the world rely on various iterations of GDP when assessing national wealth. And
    2) Russia could never borrow that much money even if it wanted to because the world wouldn't lend it to them!

It's economy simply can't sustain the interest payments required on a debt like that without crippling itself and collapsing. It's major (State Controlled) industries, it's banks and financial regulators don't have the level of 'trust' or independence required and finally? The level of endemic corruption in Russia is so high no sane lenders would risk it.

Again, in previous conversations, you refused to even condemn Hitler or the Nazis. If you have learned better, I welcome that.

I'm pretty certain most Western nations employ huge troll armies. Russia would be far from the exception. It is standard military procedures. You seem to think Russia is an exception here. That strikes me as quite Russophobic.

The Nazis have all been punished. My condemnation is not required. USA however, has not been punished for their attrocity. Therefore they shall be forever condemned, until that day of judgement.

So what do your base this "feeling on" because feelings are not the content of the OP link. As for Russophobic, I'm good with that because I don't hate on America while not living in Russia. Thoughts?

Yeah I did, you just didn't like the answer because it doesn't fit your bovine excrement narrative. You come up in here preaching this and that about Russia and you haven't even been there. Never set foot in the place. I've been there multiple times since the SMO began. Was there 6 months ago. Well it ain't crashing bubba. Sorry to inform you. I own investments there. I'm pretty *******ned sure I know what is going on there more so than you. And I can't help that apparently you're too lazy to go look up the definition of GDP and what goes into the calculation. You just blather on about rah rah sis boom bah :cheerleader:US this and that.....while we're headed straight towards financial doom...$34 trillion in debt....while Russia has NONE to speak of.

The US could never borrow that much money either....which is why it prints money. The government isn't printing money for the hell of it, it's doing it because it has to in order to avoid default.

Yet again answer the question. How does Russia's current expenditure on armaments and munitions translate into improved national productivity and increasing wealth? Come on, it should be easy.
