Again, nothing you have claimed and posted supports this conspiracy. What you are doing is called gaslighting.

You still refuse to acknowledge that Biden took months to turn them in after being aware of their existence at least officially.

And you still won't answer if a senator is authorized to keep classified documents for years

I'll take your answer to mean you do not see the difference in the cases even a partisan like SC Hur saw. Imagine my surprise.

You simply refuse to answer the question of the legality of a senator retaining classified documents for years. You just won't answer it will you?

But you could surprise the hell out of me and actually address the question

    18 USC 793 (e) vs. 18 USC 793 (f)

You could surprise the hell out of me and actually look at the statutes.

Have you seen where Trump had these records he apparently knew he needed to turn over?
You can't store **** like that dude.

None of what is redacted changes any of the salient facts.

One thing revealed by the release of docs involving Walt Nauta's testimony is he was promised a pardon if he lied and or took a proverbial bullet for "the Boss," Trump. So like Flynn, Stone, and Manafort he joins a group of criminals Trump had working for him. And The Following shrugs their collective shoulders and says..............."so what?"

Trump co-defendant in classified documents case was told he’d be pardoned in a second term, notes in FBI interview say

Trump should have turned over the documents as soon as he left the White House.
Jack Smith was not appointed to Special Counsel until November of 2022

There is no "jumping the gun"

No part of those authorizes a senator to keep documents after he leaves his office.

    Who said anything about "authorized"?

I'm saying it wasn't illegal, at least not to the point of being able to convict Biden on anything.

The only difference is, you love Biden and you hate Trump.

Oh and Trump was the president. Biden wasn't.

    (e) doesn't overrule (f).

In fact, (f) defines Biden's crime, at the least. That is, if he really didn't know he possessed classified documents, which is a dubious claim at best.

And they don't take the documents out of the SCIF on accident.

Go in without my cell phone and laptop. Come out with a stack of classified documents in my pants so security won't notice...

They started the process long before Jack Smith got involved. Jack tried to cover that fact up.

Trump had the right to disagree about what was rightfully his and negotiate with NARA within the acceptable time frame. Moving boxes was not so scandalous. You still haven't successfully explained the redactions. It had nothing to do with defamation.

He moved them from one part of the house to another so he could sort through it and find personal things that he felt was his. They assumed he was obstructing because he moved the boxes.

Trump does not have the "right to disagree"
The PRA CLEARLY defines what is, and is not, a Presidential Record that is to be turned over at the end of his time in the White House. What he kept could, in no conceivable way, be called a Personal Record.

The PRA isn't a criminal statute.

The courts have set a precedent that Trump does get to decide what to keep..

Judge Jackson ruled in 2012 that a president's discretion to declare records "personal" is far-reaching and mostly unchallengeable.
