Yes, and? Think about it...You put the part in red yourself. "first document to put into writing the principle that the king and his government was not above the law." meaning that the law is for everyone. That laid the foundation for the idea that the law is for the common man. That if the common man cannot understand it, then they cannot defend themselves against an unjust law or ruling. The very idea behind the Magna Carter was to prevent an unjust ruling and to only be judged by a jury of ones peers.

 

The Constitution is to be interpreted according to its original meaning. Obviously. Only those who wish to defy the Constitution think otherwise.

Some of us are following the trial, so I already know that's not so. Too many witnesses have corroborated the same details, too much documentation with Trump's signature, not to mention the debunking of his many lies about the hush money, how it was paid, who did what and when, how much Trump knew and when he knew it, and his continuing denials that he ever had sex with either woman. Aside from Cohen, who was always questionable, the witnesses have all been very credible.

It sucks, I'm sure, i realize that you admire Trump, but imho, based on the trial so far, the sob is guilty as hell.

Not any more. It even wasn't in 1787. The militia, in each state, were able bodied males from 18-40 something, not conscientious objectors (might have been recruited for non-combatant roles, such as the quakers).
