????? Why would they come here? Only thing someone who hold dollars can do is exchange it for something else. Certainly some of those dollars will be exchanged for American goods, but thats a good thing. Its not like China can bring us all their American dollars and demand we give them euros or something else in exchange. They can only go onto the market and exchange them for something else from someone willing to do so.

And so much of the supply of US dollars is a creation of the Fed that can be reabsorbed by the Fed. Just as they can expand the money supply, they can contract it.

You make no sense, first its "over 6 trillion dollars out there which will all come home at the same time" and now you question how we could possibly
    "reel in 6 trillion"

That means nothing because China is so large and there are so many Chinese.

If you want to be fair, you need to look at the %.

The others have tried to use the figure as if Chinese people killed more than anybody else in the world.

The problem is when you use other figures, it turns out China has some of the lowest rate of these kinds of stats. That's why Stalin and Hitler are viewed as the most evil (compared to say Mao).

??? What does buying and selling things have anything to do with being the center of the world? Everybody around the world buy/sell things. What makes America any different?

A lot of people like to buy our things and people like it that we buy their things. It just so happens that we do the most of both so a lot of people making money love us. And I'm sure all the free food we give out isn;t appreciated either.

The estimate is conservative and only refers to unarmed civilian deaths due to US imperial military intervention since WW2.

The total overall human death toll is far greater.

For example in Vietnam alone there were almost 3.4 million Vietnamese deaths and approximately 58,000 US military personell deaths.

....there were 12 million Native AMerican indians present before the PaleFace commenced its Genocidal campaign and fascist colonisation.

I wonder what happened to them?

Give us examples of the Chinese invading sovereign nations and killing civilians since WW2 and compare the record with the USA

    good luck - LOL

Then of course there is the WORLD's NUMBER 1 ranked crime against humanity in the last century

    Hiroshima Nuking

Yeah right now, the US is China's #1 customer. But as China branches out to other parts of the world to do business where things are happening, which they're already doing, they won't need us as much as they do now. And that time is coming. Think ahead.

And I used them to show that the chinese have killed more of their own people just in the cultural revolution, than the US has killed in all our wars since WWII combined. But like you said, for you and your ilk, 30 million dead "means nothing"

the Japanese killed 3.9 million chinese and would have killed another 3.9 million, but we killed 250,000 japs with the nukes and they gave up.
You have some weird calculation where 1 dead non chinese is equivalent to 100 dead chinese, because there are so many of them.

Depends on how the talking heads spin it. China is realy #1 because it has more $$$$ than the USA, and Mexico combined even with their deflated China Dollar. The only reason they undervalue their money is to keep the super wealthy from getting too far ahead of the super poor in China. They can do that because, their government acutally runs the country and not corporations and investment bankers.

Noooooo. The IMF measures the ranking by money.

It doesnt do that at all. It keeps their products relatively cheap compared to their international competitors.

And has anyone mentioned in the 13 pages of posts that China has more than 4 times the population of the US. Its about time they reach at least 25% of our GDP/capita.

I've been saying that for over a year on this forum. Too many posters are too caught up in the overall numbers....not in the interpretation of the data.

During your lifetime five thousand years of Egyptian history will be swept away in a flash. Egyptians will know what it means to walk on the surface of the sun.
