As opposed to which liberal plan? Oh, there weren't any.

That one died on the vine, you should have let it whither there...

Making sense worked well for him as governor of Florida.

Obama has deported three times as many illegals as Bush and has pushed ICE to make many more raids of illegal workplaces where corporations knowingly hire illegals to suppress US wages.

Indeed all over the South companies are whining that they have to raise wages to get American workers now that illegals are harder to hire.

    Facts versus You.

Um, I don't think what Jeb said is some sort of revelation here.

Republicans usually do explain the issue and also show where Obama's are wrong. It's usually Democrats who attack personally and with no plans.

So I ask again, what is Obama's positive plan be is running on?

You don't know or understand your opponents. The TP folks aren't nihilists. They think America can be saved. I'm a political nihilist, and I recognize what is happening. America is running into the Second Law of Thermodynamics. Ultimately, everything peters out.

Keep hopelessness alive, Albert. It's perfect for the Tea Party message of envy and resentment.

Agent 286, is Jeb Bush a tea party person?

I noticed you failed, like all liberals to give us The Team Obama positive plan.

The GOP gave it's plan, Obama never did. So who is it that sits around vilifying folks?

And again I ask, since when does the left like Jeb Bush and take his advice?

Obama let some info on his plan leak shortly before he jetted off to Elite Marthas Vinyard once again, to show America he knows what we are all going through.

Top on the bullet list of this "new" plan was of course another bailout.....

    He's right on about it.

They explain selectively and lie by exclusion, at best, leaving out the stuff that doesn't support their views.
After decades of increasing actions of civil war by cons it's past time to hit the targets square instead of just defensive shots.

cons shot down the Obama/Boehner plan, not extreme enuf.

The Perfect Storm has arrived. As between you and I there is no need for quips. I ask one question. How is America going to pay its bills? That's a tough question isn't it.

America no longer generates the excess wealth necessary to pay for the dreamworld of the American left.

The educational level in the country is declining, and has been for some time. Only gamblers would send their children to public schools.

The American system has too many internal inconsistencies. Kind of like the Soviet Union, Qing China, or Bourbon France.

No, he stated the blatantly obvious.

Bwahahahahahahahahahahaha! Oh my lord, that is hysterical. Just going to accuse one party and exonerate the other? My god, has partisanship clouded out reason?

His also seems to be sadly lacking.

No more of the Bush family. We're through with them.

But the question for America is how it going to pay its bills? No one has an answer because there is no answer.

Agent -, he's a convenience player, a whore, he'll do whatever you pay him to do.

Anything anti-con is good, even if it's just stalemate, as long as cons can't further their agendas, we're better off.

Whenever he manages to stumble into correctness.
Both sides share in it, plenty of blame to go around, you recognize those last-ditch excuses the cons toss up when all else fails, don'cha?

There is no possibility for compromise. One side will win and the other side will be defeated ideologically, or the country will die. Those are the only alternatives.

This is called an argument borne of fanaticism. Not only is it a logical fallacy, it presents extremism (fanaticism) as both the only alternative as well as the consequence. Common amongst the far right due to, I believe, their innate religious belief that the world will end during their lifetime (there have been studies on that).

Many right wing memes spring from a religious/biblical foundation, if you examine them individually. Thereafter, in sum, they pretty much become predictable.

Oh sparky, I'm an atheist. Get with the program.

My views have been shaped by education and experience. Are you familiar with the Kubler-Ross stages of grief? I've gone through all the stages with respect to America from denial to anger and finally to acceptance.

I am different than most other conservatives. For me America has already passed into the realm of history. I accept that. Now I'm fighting for an idea. The ideal of individual liberty. You are fighting for the ideal of equality of outcome. Those ideals are antithetical.

I understand the strategy of the leftists Cloward and Piven and the leftist tactician Alinsky. I understand the left very well. I understand the left will never give up the goal of transforming my life. I understand that there is only one way to prevent the left from destroying the ideal of individual liberty. Perpetual struggle keeps the left too busy to impose its will upon me and those who share my views.

Of course. Running against President Obama would be as stupid as his running against President Bush, wouldn't it?

He would be the only neo-con artist republican who did. Why isn't he running for the pres position? It's already imbedded in his genes??

It is difficult to find common ground with the liberal Democrats when they have allowed the federal deficit to increase from 10.4 trillion in 2008 to 15.7 trillion in 2012.

Making a pact with the Democrats these days is like making a pact with the devil. Any compromise with the socialists who have taken over the Democratic party will only further lead to America’s demise.

To you, perhaps. To people who aren't religious bigots, not so much.

"I hope that the Republican candidates, when they are offering their solutions, it's good to be critical of the president, I think the president means well, but his policies have failed," Bush said on Fox News. "And to point that out, nothing wrong with that. That is politics. But just to stop there and say, 'Well, I'm going to win because I am against what is going on' is not enough."

    The comment, IN CONTEXT....
