Those videos nevertheless show Muslims imposing their will on dhimmis just like you. Gangs exist in all sorts of places and they are always defined by controlling specific areas. Islam does enable some aspects of gang culture by having its own laws and segregation and mistrust of outsiders. It sounds completely plausible that first responders would have areas marked for caution based on gang activity and it seems completely plausible that they might be islamic. The OP has already said these 'no-go' zones are not closed zones, but rather places where this sort of activity is occuring from time to time more frequanntly then other places. Some ppl here are so far up de Nile they'll end up hurting themselves.
