The Victimization of White Minority in South Africa Continues

You're not familiar with the Bantu Expansion are you? I found out about it in Jared Diamond's tome Guns, Germs and Steel.

The Bantus and the Afrikaaners met each other at the Fish River as the former moved south and the latter moved north. The Sand people and other folks on the cape were wiped out.

 

Shame, but does anyone doubt that if all the whites left SA, all the blacks would still be killing each other, as they do now ? It would be a bigger cesspool is all.

 

The Bantus have been in South Africa since as early as 300 AD.

Khoisan speakers weren't Bantus. Bantus are the current majority. But as I said, they encountered the Afrikaners at the Fish River. They are not indigenous to the Cape Provinces.

Hardly. I'm simply acknowledging the inevitable, and placing the blame squarely where it belongs. The whites in SA fashioned a land into a Frankenstein of inequality, poverty, racism, and hatred. Soon they will have to deal with the monster THEY created.

For your information racism in apartheid-era South Africa was endemic and accepted as the status quo. Blacks were brutalised, killed with impunity by government thugs and seldom allowed to do anything-in their own country-that the Boers didn't control. Memories are long.

 

Bantus were not present in the Cape provinces. Those folks were San and other Khoisan speakers. Most of those folks died out or were subsumed into the population cohort called Coloured.

 

Collective guilt? No such thing as Innocence of the Children or Redemption for the Sinners?

America is no different than South Africa.

America is quite different that South Africa. Apartheid in America mainly existed in individual parts of the country. It was never a nationwide policy enforced by the federal government. In fact, the federal government actively dismantled it numerous times. South Africa's apartheid system was completely enforced and nurtured by its government. As such, its effects were far more widespread, much deeper, and long-lasting. There was no situation in SA where blacks could simply move to another part of the country to escape apartheid like there was here in the U.S.

SA dismantled apartheid to stave off a civil war. The US ended Jim Crow because its constitutional foundations.

And yet the black populace in SA out number the whites by how much? 10 to 1? I am against the terrible conditions that Apartheid brought, but considering the disaster that has come into being because an uneducated, backward people group was given control of the farms and farm land, this industry isn't near as productive as it used to be. AND many in that group are starving just like before!

They aren't even smart enough to run the farms after they kill to white farmers. That means their children will begin to starve. These blacks were there longer than the whites and they couldn't even get out of grass huts. What makes you think they can run a country...by example of the OTHER well ran, wealthy countries under native control in Africa???

Here is a little fact for you, if we gave out reparations to the people you think deserve them, with in 5 years, all the money would be right back in the pockets of the people that made it in the first place. Remember what those lowlifes spent the money the Government gave them after Katina??? TVs and pizza. They weren't even smart enough to take it and put it to real use. this is the same kind of people. The farm attacks are hardly a "genocide" action.

The reason it is strange, is because it happens every day, far more than the selective posts we seem to find on this forum lately.
