WTF. This sort of behavior should be unacceptable in the military. It shames the reputation of their entire branch. We are over there trying to get the people on our side and that sort of thing is doing the opposite.

Speaking as a member of the United States Air Force, this is certainly a horrible act, if it is true. I can't imagine they are still in the Military if it is true though.

 

The video does not prove your claim. You have no idea why the kids are chasing the truck, but choose to try to present it in the worst possible light on the US military.

Having decades of experience with an around US military of about every variety, I sincerely doubt that they are "trolling streetfuls of kids with water";
if the water is indeed what the kids seek, the soldiers are most likely trying to show them where to come get some, where everyone would be safest.

As I said, a shame you have such hatred for US military personell that you so gleefully spread the dubious claim of your OP...

 

Agree. The soldiers will no doubt be in hot water if/when their CO sees this but it's not the end of the world. Every army has immature soldiers in their ranks.

I did watch... I saw nothing that proved malicious intent on the part of the US soldiers; far from it. They were having a good natured exchange with some kids; is there a water shortage in the area the video was shot?

Where/when WAS it shot? What were the troops doing?

There are so many possibilities, that to try to force the "conclusion" that you so clearly , desperately WANT TO BE TRUE, is just idiotic,andknee jerk nonsense.
