Infrastructure that will like them to the rest of the world commercially, so that they can get educated. Because educated people will innovate and create smart policies and intelligent cultural social environments to reduce problems and fix issues regarding agreculture, manufacturing, and services. With that Africa can emerge into a great place for their people to live.
