    Not sure if anyones really in an "uproar" about it. certainly not myself, I just put it in the same container I put Morgan freemans in.

    The "irrelevant celebrity who thinks they have something to say that anyone cares about...outside the show" container.

    I like Freeman in his movies, couldn't care less about his political ideas. Same with Gorafalo...although I dont enjoy her act either.

    John Stewart openly proclaims his show to be a comedy peice that utilizes political fodder. From what I have seen he targets both sides of the political spectrum but does lean left. His show is politically based comedy on a late night comedy channel.

    The only idiots threatened by the Daily Show are people J.S spoofs and ridicules like Orielly and Fox News in general.
