Isn't it interesting that liberals apparently think the president represents us all, but the flag does not. Desecrate the flag all you want, but don't say anything about the messiah!
To the left 'free speech' always means they can say whatever they want but dissenting views must be tightly controlled...
What a load of horse(*)(*)(*)(*). --------- Hillsboro, Missouri. Senator Claire McCaskill's town hall event which is well populated by t-baggers. A black woman is escorted out of the event by police after being assaulted by a white t-bagger. First Amendment rights? Sure, as long as you are white and a right-winger. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dGiLZF--ehA"]Full Story of Poster Altercation at McCaskill Event: by Peter Glickert - YouTube[/ame] So PLEASE keep trying to tell me how all the libruls are infringing on your freedom of speech.
Just because there were a lot of tea party members doesn't mean that the guy who "assaulted her" as you say was a member. Also, she wasn't assaulted all that happened was her poster was taken from a chair and crumpled into a ball. The crowd began cheering when the guy took the poster not because she was being taken away.
You didn't see the t-bagger walk across the aisle and rip up her sign, her personal property? It was pretty obvious.
The poster was on a chair. She had it rolled up until a reporter asked her about it. She unrolled it on the chair. The angry white t-bagger struts across the aisle and destroys her property. Does it help any to know that he was later arrested for 3rd degree assault?
I see your point, Todd. Yet, its not the same scenario. It would be completely understandable that, if BO were under fire during a speaking engagement, people would take offense. But what a person does on his/her own property, or even out in the streets of our fine nation, should be protected free speech. Its even beside the point if the opinions are pro or against whichever politician. We shouldn't engage in hypocrisy. Many of these signs are over the top vile, as were those targeting GW. While we may not agree with what the signs say, we must protect the right to post them.
From the video page: "I must make one thing clear, it is not the intention of this video in any way shape or form to blame the actions of the police officers. They were doing their job and this video is intended to highlight the discrepancies between what was covered by the media and what was not. In addition to how biased those in attendance were towards the 4 black females. If they were fair then they would have shown the same displeasure towards the 3 white audience members holding the "Don't tread on me" flags, which were held up the entire town hall event."
That, in addition to being a personal attack, is also just a way of saying "****". Typical right-winger response.
Did any Republican politicians go to her house to talk to her about her language? Any threats by local gov't to use zoning laws to silence her. Just wondering.....
They escorted the women out because they started a physical altercation. Nothing more. This is just more typical liberal much ado about nothing!!!!!
This video is great. A gang of loser Obama voters on the street crying racism over a couple of signs. Odd that none of the signs have any racial connotations at all, but they'll scream it anyway. lmao. Liberals are pathetic.
(*)(*)(*)(*) right and when the socialists take over completely no one will be allowed to free speech. You'll be free to say what they tell you to say, nothing more. The horrible part, though, LiberalActivist, is people will still be thinking. Oh, right, thought crimes. I forgot about that.
Ha-Ha! Very good, DonGlock. These silly liberals may have a very difficult time removing these signs!
The physical altercation started when the t-bagger pushed his way into a private conversation and destroyed the personal property of the woman. Personally, I would've knocked his ass out.
