I'm glad you cons have never had any issues with freedom of expression and speech. Especially when that expression was displayed on ones personal property.

Unlike some, I believe that people have the right to put up signs like that. If he had put up Bush signs like that, so what. It's his right. Just because I may not agree with someone, doesn't make his opinion less valid.

I object to abuse of the Constitution.

Obama issued a death warrant for an American citizen without due process of a trial.

It's all about CONTROL - doing whatever is necessary to obtain the power to impose their insanity on everyone else. They have a strange need for everyone to be as f'd up as them. Criticism and opposition are met with irrational raving (e.g., "you're a racists!", etc.).

I'm starting to believe that there are an enormous number of people across this nation that are both aware, and resentful of these 60s leftovers, with their semi-psychotic hatred for anything and everything that runs contrary to their own obsession for power and control. Liberty is their enemy - freedom is a hindrance to their agenda. They are like the Congressional Black Caucus who ooohed and ahhhed Castro's Cuba during a 2009 visit, in spite of the obvious anti-liberty carnage that rampant leftist ideals wrought upon the millions. The Left idolize *******s like Mao and Che and Fidel and never seem to be bothered by the untold misery that these power freaks' political insanity bestowed upon entire nations of victims.

Even though their current season at the helm is passing, fear not! Like a plague (or maybe judgement) upon mankind, they'll be back again for even more mayhem and destruction when fickle America once again forgets what these people are really about and where their obsessions would take us.

Were you as upset by pictures of George Bush with devil horns, a swastika or a bullseye on his face? I seriously doubt it.

Liberals are crybabies. They want the freedom to post hateful stuff but a picture of President Barack Obama as a baby drives them up a wall.

 

This post, saying pictures of Bush with a bullseye on his face are okay, coupled with the posts by the same poster calling pictures of Obama as a puppet or a baby are an almost perfect illustration of liberal thinking. People they dislike are fair targets for hateful commentary but people they like should be protected from similar comments.

The hypocricy demonstated by the posts is almost unbelievable.

Those signs aren''t hate speech, they are purely political speech. If the signs violate zoning laws, they should be taken down, and he should put up signs that follow code, but there's nothing wrong with this man communicating his view.

The link doesn't show me the signs that were erected in the persons yard, so I couldn't comment on whether I thought they were unnecessary.
I don't have a problem with people putting up signs in their own front yards, as long as it isn't racist, or hateful, or homophobic. I do think there should be rules to adhere to, but putting up a sign simply saying (for example) that you don't like President Obama (or whoever) isn't really cause for complaint.

 

We don't hate Obama himself, I'm sure he's quite a nice fella. It's his liberal socialist agenda we object to.

People need to grow some balls. Who cares what someone puts up in their yard? It's his opinion, it's his yard, he can put it out there in bright neon letters for all its worth.

As long as they are white Christian and heterosexual, everything goes. They don't have feelings.
If they are black atheist homosexual, we must watch what is being said, so not to come across as hateful.
