Walk up to a student carrying a dildo and antagonize them. Trigger them. (*)(*)(*)(*) them off. Don't touch them, but do whatever it takes to annoy them enough for one of them to hit you with their dildo. Then call the cops on them. Legally that is using a dildo as a club and clubs are illegal for carry.
Lots of people do not care about going to jail, that is why they have Felony convictions, also, if you annoy someone enough with witnesses, you can be arrested for harassment, you do not have to touch someone. Besides, you annoy a bloke enough, and he hauls off and knocks all your teeth out, North & South, breaks your jaw, he goeth to jail, and you are all knocked out and toothless, was it worth it ?
