The trouble is, the policies that have been and are destroying America are the same policies that a large swath of the American public supports, or don't think matters very much, or policies the gullible and ignorant American public has been led into supporting.

And when things get bad, people will never take responsibility for supporting the policies that were the cause of their own suffering.

With high rates of inflation and skyrocket unaffordable home prices in many areas, America is feeling a financial squeeze. At this point, all it would take is a small recession, and many Americans would suffer a total financial disaster.
And desperate people and high rates of poverty leads to more political polarization, the type of forces that tend to tear democracy apart. (I mean, have we ever wondered why democracies seem so fragile and unstable in Latin America?)

There is absolutely no question propaganda on the internet used to fuel pro Trump supporters can come from Russia, North Korea, China, Iran and quite frankly anyone with an anti US or pro Trump agenda including extremists within the US who are American and not foreign sourced.

That said it is a reality that the internet can be used by anyone or any country to fuel and incite violence.

One day specific info sourcing specific info Trump has used will be released as to its origins. That will be delated by the Freedom of Information Act and other laws delaying the release of such info or by other laws and regulations permanently keeping such info retracted to avoid compromising state security.

The irony is the same system Trump claimed was corrupt and a deep state is no different than the very one he created and cultivated with the help of a coalition of political interest groups and cells.

I myself truly believe in Trump's chaos his coalition of propaganda sources came about with a mix of planning by his subordinates but also from the sheer chaos and opportunities he created for any one with an agenda against a unified, stable USA to take advantage of Trump and push themselves into his constellation of toxic information.

Trump's agenda has been to divide the citizens of the US against each other and play to a specific audience he incites with fear to believe he is the only one that can protect them not just from a hostile world but their own US citizens.

All you have to do is read the pro Trump supporters on this forum who cheer lead anything negative about the US and that favours Putin.

I myself think some of the people posing as American on this forum when cheering on Putin are not but I do concede I have no direct proof other than sometimes the words are so blatantly fractured in syntax to portray poor translation from Russian or North Korean or Farsi or Mandarin.

Durandal I think it is bbvious Q-anon is a dupe or creation of Russia and Trump supporters are manipulated by Russia.

You and I both know Trump went bankrupt and turned to the Russian mob to bail him out. In return to becoming a money launderer for their criminally obtained funds he resurrected his supposed financial empire and the connection is blatantly there and ignored by Trump supporters who see nothing wrong with how Trump turned on NATO and the closest allies of the US and openly supports Putin to the point he called out his own intelligence agencies for saying Putin was manipulating internal US affairs.

Are you familiar with such a concept as "figure of speech"?

Of course and that is not a figure of speech. It is an incorrect statement.
