Not because of systemic racism, but instead because of the blacks in San Francisco propensity to be chronically absent. Blaming the disparity on racism ensures the disparity will continue.

 

I just read an article stating that America enslaved so called blacks for hundreds of years and never paid compensation to their families/descendants. Systemic racism with no recompense. Blaming disparity on personal responsibility ensures disparity continues.

Its not the governments fault that 66% of the black students in San Francisco are chronically absent OR that blacks commit over 50% of all the armed robberies and murders in the US.

 

Africans ran the African slave trade. The number of their own Africans whom they enslaved and shipped to the new world were fewer in number than the white European slaves they imported and bought/sold among themselves. IOW, there were more white slaves in Africa than black slaves in the new world. And Africa made it so.
