    What an embarrassing post, Rod. There are dozens of crimes to charge him with. That he hasn't been charged yet is more of a function of him being a President and then an ex-President. And don't pull the typical BS RW move and respond with "oh, yeah! Prove his crimes! Blaaaaargh!".

    It doesn't rise to the level of the 3 events I described. There's much worse, how about the Patriot Act, AUMF, NDAA 2012 and many other unconstitutional "laws", acts and SCOTUS decisions? How about DeSantis requiring that students and professors state their political views? But these are off topic, let's try to stick to the topic I started.

    As you know we agree on all that illegitimate legislative garbage you mentioned. Indeed, those legislative acts set the precedent for what Garland has done.

    At least there are finally good men blowing the whistle on the criminal behavior in FBI leadership.

    He mistakenly obstructed justice. He mistakenly violated campaign finance laws. He mistakenly stole government documents, and then just plum screwed up by dishonestly attesting that he gave all of the documents back.

    Yep. Just plain honest mistakes. Good call!

    For what crimes?

    Hillary was careless and negligent with some emails that weren't marked, but turned out to have some classified info, so the emails should have had banners. She should have had her clearance permanently revoked, however, it did cost her the election, via Comey's unprecedented decision to bring it all up again a week or so before the election, while at the same time, he did not announce that summer that the Trump campaign was under investigation.

    As for Obama, what crimes? Got proof? Or are you just lashing out?
