    The meme does not claim there were 4 Bidens arrested. Just 9 arrests between 4 Bidens(one Biden could have all 9 and the statement would hold true, like: between me and Hank Aaron, we have 755 home runs(Hank has them all)).

    BTW, Joe claims two of them, though they appear to be just another story he made up, like when he claimed he was smarter than some people and rattled off a list of “accomplishments” that weren’t true. Like having 3 degrees, going to law school on a full scholarship, graduating top half of his class, and a few more. Here’s that video:
