Roosevelt did expand the Federal Government, and by investing in America and AmeriCAN's had the economy back to within 10% of what it had been before War 2 started. What the United States should have learned was that investing in America and AmeriCAN's is good business. My doctor told me she wouldn't take new patients who got their insurance from the exchanges because people find out how much it actually costs to have that insurance they don't come back.
