‘Whoa’! Rosenstein’s new info about Russia & the 2016 election makes Obama & Comey look even worse

Rod Rosenstein just threw Obama and Comey under the bus.

Why did Obama tell Comey to close the investigation and deny it ever happened.

That sounds like obstructing justice to me.

At my confirmation hearing in March 2017, a Republican Senator asked me to make a commitment. He said: “You’re going to be in charge of this [Russia] investigation. I want you to look me in the eye and tell me that you’ll do it right, that you’ll take it to its conclusion and you’ll report [your results] to the American people.”

I did pledge to do it right and take it to the appropriate conclusion. I did not promise to report all results to the public, because grand jury investigations are ex parte proceedings. It is not our job to render conclusive factual findings. We just decide whether it is appropriate to file criminal charges.

Some critical decisions about the Russia investigation were made before I got there. The previous Administration chose not to publicize the full story about Russian computer hackers and social media trolls, and how they relate to a broader strategy to undermine America. The FBI disclosed classified evidence about the investigation to ranking legislators and their staffers. Someone selectively leaked details to the news media. The FBI Director announced at a congressional hearing that there was a counterintelligence investigation that might result in criminal charges. Then the former FBI Director alleged that the President pressured him to close the investigation, and the President denied that the conversation occurred.

So that happened.​

The tables have turned and its the Democrats who are going to feel the brunt force of investigations, subpoenas, indictments, raids, arrest, and justice for all.

 

This is big.

Im calling on Trump to investigate immediately.

 

Bring it on.

The GOP has the Senate, and they have an AG (Barr) who is a Dishonest Puppet who will do whatever Trump tells him to.

If these Dems are criminals, go all the way.

Investigate them all. Give them all The Chair.

We need to get to the bottom of these epic crimes that are 1000x than 9/11.

Hopefully, for old times sake, they give Obama and Comey the option of Lethal Injection.

Trump does not believe in subpoenas anymore. How is going to look if his new Roy Cohn, Bill “Luca Fatzzi” Barr starts throwing around subpoenas to prosecute Trump’s enemies? Barr will be lucky if his fat ass is still around next year.

I guess we'd have to look at intent before we can make a recommendation of obstruction. For example, as Mueller and the DOJ made clear with Trump, there was no crime to obstruct...his comments were out of frustration....with Obama? It's becoming clear he might have been involved with a spying campaign on the campaign....that might be corrupt intent, and there is more then enough to investigate

 

Looking forward to the IG report and coming investigations. The Russia probe is half over, now we can begin to look at the attempted coup.

When Obama was asked when he found out that Clinton used an unsecured email server, he replied, "the same time everybody else did, on the news." (Which was his standard reply every time he was caught). But according to the IG, Obama was one of 13 top government officials who communicated with Clinton on her private email which was targeted by FOREIGN intel services. He used a pseudonym, because Uma Abedin couldn't believe he would do that. How could they have prosecuted Hillary without implicating Obama? So deals were made. Lisa Page told Congress that the FBI was ordered by the Obama DOJ not to even consider charging Hills for gross negligence. Lynch met with Clinton on the tarmac; no grand jury for Hills; and witnesses sat with her during questioning. What a shameless sham. Comey was going to clear her no matter what. And no laws were broken? Really?

 

We need to shine a light on the Democratic cockroaches and make them scatter.

 

They are already running for cover....Clapper threw Obama under the bus not that long ago and admitted it was Obama who ordered the spying on the Trump campaign directly.
