President Trump is in charge of the Justice Department, and the Attorney General who works for him can appoint a special counsel to investigate Obama. Surely his own lawyer knows that. His lawyer is whining about something that could be resolved in about 15 seconds. I wonder if the anchors on the Fox News show he was on pointed that out to him.
There probably should be a special investigator looking into Obama's birth certificate, and his locked up college records. No one, that is NO ONE can actually prove he was a legal president until those papers are made public record for all to see. Damned strange he has a Conn Social Security number, when he was no where ever near there.
We dont have a special council because its the attorney generals job. You only get a special council when the attorney general recuses himself.
