Ha. Democrats from day one have said endless times that Trump would bring about WWIII, bring back slavery, eliminate women’s right, destroy the economy, destroy Democracy, you name it.

What drivel. It’s only dangerous when THEY say it:)

And what’s so amusing, it’s actually Democrats bringing about most of those things. Projection at its finest.

So, you're fine with both sides abusing their power for political gain?

And I asked you if you think either party should be able to abuse their power to prosecute those on the other side.

This is not about the law. It is about repurposing the law to delete, damage, or otherwise sideline the opposing parties candidates. If this is not stopped, America’s experiment with blind justice will never recover.
We actually have to have a level of state immunity for elected officials and candidates to protect them from state level nit picking.
There are over 3000 counties in the USA, so probably 3000 DA’s out their thinking about going after federal candidates under a twisted view of local authority. (As it is, state level candidates generally answer to stare law, federal level to federal law)
Next up: Will the state of Virginia charge Hillary Clinton in the Russia Hoax? It’s out there already.

They are not interfering with Powell doing his thing, i.e. raising interest rates, which is how inflation is reduced. Even if it means a recession, which would be good for Republicans. They also have not proposed any additional big spending bills lately.

Let’s see - I asked first so you answer my question and I’ll answer yours.
Do you think politicians should be immune from prosecution?

What makes you draw that conclusion? Is it just because it is trump under investigation?
Have you entertained the possibility that he might have actually broken the law?

You don’t get the big picture and I’m not going to read it to you.

Oh I see the big picture.
The big picture is that MAGA thinks that any scrutiny of trump is necessarily political.
They can’t believe that he could possibly break the law.

Now - have you even entertained the possibility that he broke the law?

Huh? Then why did they pass the "Inflation Reduction Act"? Why didn't they let Powell do his thing?

I think politicians should be immune from the prosecution of those who abuse their power and I say that about both sides, not just one.

The fact that you qualified your answer suggests that you think politicians should NOT be entirely immune from prosecution. Correct?

I asked a yes or no question and you qualified your answer. Do you think politicians should be immune from prosecution? Yes or no?

I already gave you my answer. It was in plain English. I'm sorry if English isn't your main language. You may be able to use Google Translate.

Dodge duck and dive, but afraid to give a straight yes or no.

    Got it.

Your concept that people should be immune from prosecution is the opposite of applying the law.
