Anyone with a working brain knows you can't give a jury multiple crimes to choose from that they "think" were committed. Most legal experts are pointing out how that's unconstitutional.

Don’t believe so, it is a State election law, not Federal, if it were, they would have moved the case to a Federal Court

Federal campaign finance violation was one of the underlying crimes. You're fixing to accidentally admit there's a problem...lol

This case should be put on a fast track but the immunity case shouldn’t?

It’s not about “think” were committed. It’s about INTENT.

Remind me, what law school did you go to ?

How is the decision of twelve jurors, jurors both sides screened and approved, some even admitting to watching right wing infotainment sources, Democrats playing politics?

So you are saying a person can’t be tried on multiple relating offenses in the same trial?

he was found guilty, all the right has left is the hope that the SC they control will throw out the verdict on a technicality

And another of the three crimes was violation of Federal campaign finance laws.

Im pointing out that the has unanimously vote guilty on every offense. A scenario where part of the jury votes guilty on one offense and part of the jury votes guilty on another offense isn't a "unanimous verdict". Anybody knows that...lol

The judge said if the jury "thought there was intent" it was good enough to vote guy. This trial was the biggest sham in United States history.

I'm sure Joe Biden would love to know if he has immunity.

Do you understand the difference between someone being convicted for a crime and the immunity case?

Watching "right wing infotainment" =/= "right wing". And in a district that is 90% democrat voters it wouldn't matter who picked who. Especially when the judge and prosecutor are working together to make a predetermined outcome. Even Politico (NOT a rightwing site) admits that there is lots of possibly valid reasons for this conviction to be overturned.

Biden has immunity from anything he's done in, or out of office. You don't really think there's a judge, or a jury in Washington DC that would convict Biden, do you? And that's if there is someone in the DOJ that would bring charges.

    It's not political bro
    the system is working bro
    He got due process bro
The judge gave him preferential treatment by not locking him up sooner bro
He brought it all on himself bro.
He's just being held accountable bro
Biden had nuttin to do with it bro

They didn't go to all this trouble to turn around and issue a fine. Expect the Fraud to lock him up. Cohen admitted to stealing a boatload of money from the Trump Foundation. But Bragg has no intention of prosecuting him for that.

Of course he would. These right wing extremists have no respect for the law.

Of course, but if there is no reason to fast track one difficult see why there would be the other

So now the Grand Jury and case jury, possibly up to thirty five different individuals, are all prejudicial against Trump? And Trump got 23% of NYC vote in 2020 (https://www.gothamgazette.com/city/9961-breaking-down-2020-vote-new-york-city-biden-trump)

The defense screened and approved the jurors, and it is their incompetence they couldn’t get one, just one, juror to vote acquittal

And of course others will find some reason for overturning the verdict on appeal, that is what talking heads get paid to do, plus, Politico leans left, but it isn’t a recognized partisan site, similar to the Hill leaning right

No jury anywhere can convict anyone based upon innuendo, and if I am not mistaken, the Biden DOJ is currently prosecuting Biden’s son

They may not, but the last thing Alito or Thomas wants is a Senate inquiry or outside investigation
