Munn and his family entered the Capital Building at ~ 2:30pm and left at ~ 4:30pm. They posted pictures and video on facebook. They only saw broken windows and broken doors. He is not lying.

The photos you posted show overturned furniture. The $5M figure is ridiculously high. Please post an itemized accounting of all the damages.

Some were let in through open doors with Capital Police standing at those doors.

Eyewitness accounts are relative to the subject of the thread. To discuss the parameters of what eyewitness are is a legitimate part of the discussion. I brought up the word of someone that reported seeing members of Antifa at the riot of 1/6 and here we are. Discussing the reliability of an alleged witness. You dismiss the one who doesn't identify themselves, but I bet you didn't dismiss Hutchinson who only had hearsay evidence at best.

First of all, if you had bothered to read the story, the damage was estimated at 1.5 million, not 5 million.
Secondly, I'm not your accountant, find your own damn itemized list.

I bet you are bringing up Hutchinson because you can't defend the "eyewitness" account you claim shows ANTIFA at the 1/6 insurrection.

Open doors only in the sense that they were broken open.

I never made the claim that Antifa was there. So your counter argument fails on that point alone.

Even $1.5 Million sounds over inflated for doors and windows. No interest in why it is so high?

Which directly contradicts story 3 that said "Nothing inside the Capitol was damaged"

And it contradicts the story that there was $5M damages, and the story that there was $1.5M damages.
Don't you wonder which political donor is getting all that loot. ;-)

I can use the protests at the SCOTUS or other congressional hearings that were protested as precedent then here?

Then you understand why your previous post was nonsensical. Glad you understand that now.

The public was allowed on those days. And it wasn't a riot. And people were immediately arrested during their protests, unlike on 1/6. And none of those people broke in. So, no, there's no precedent with those that really applies here.

You and semantics, as in you don't believe the illiberal left every riot at these things, even when they do.... So, yes, there is plenty of precedent here to apply.

I'm sorry that you think that the most basic legal concepts of all are "semantics." Meanwhile, I've acknowledged that there is violence on the left. You are projecting your denialism onto others again.

What "legal terms" are you referring to here? It really seems like you are grasping here.

The “story” is that Munn did not see any damage inside the Capital when he was there. All you have shown is some overturned furniture which might have been damaged and a claim of $25K to clean up some chemical spray residue on a few artifacts and paintings.

Also the progressives conveniently overlook the sieges and takeover in one instance of police stations in Portland and Seattle. And of course the takeover of several city blocks in Seattle.

Well since I have that...I don't need any more to contradict the claim that there was no damage in the Capitol.
