►J6 Committee failed to preserve records per GOP investigation into the committee's work. ◄

Surprise surprise.... the communications it had with the Biden White House that are still missing....they are looking at the security failure at the Capitol and are looking at how the January 6 committee operated itself... they don't have anything about security failures at the Capitol, they don't have the videos of the depositions.

Who could have seen that coming?

 

So Trump is indicted and he can not mount a defense because the exculpatory evidence found with this has disappeared… “discovery” denied…..obstruction of justice anyone….. who will be held accountable… not one single committee member or those responsible.

 

By law congressional hearings may not be used in court.
As they can't be used in court any evidence found and released publicly also becomes tainted and such like evidence found independently by the prosecution would be denied.
I've one reason why a Republican congressman would want this evidence, to release it.
Am I cynical or are they just that predictable?

You may have misunderstood…. ALL the 14 million documents and 1000’s of testimony were never released…ALL of that is gone…. which includes exculpatory evidence that Trump’s defense can further investigate for his defense . And yes, referrals is exactly what the J6 committee produced to the DOJ….
By using their cherry picked TV production.

 

That's because its legal to lie in congress unless you're under oath. And it should be. As dangerous as it is to have our representatives lie to us, its far more dangerous to have them afraid to speak their mind and risk prosecution for simply being incorrect. Thats what free speech is about.

...but its also why We The People need to take what is said in -and by- congress with a a generous portion of salt. They can literally tell us whatever they want, however they want. Such as lying out of their ass in a professionally produced investigation hearing like Jan 6. And we can be sure that's precisely what they did ...because they got rid of the evidence.
