Too incoherent to address. Make a substantive comment and offer meaningful solutions if you want a reply.

Wow, grammar from hell, incoherent sentences, atrocious spelling.

The ability to formulate an intelligent opinion on historical facts(fictional in this case) in regards to political and market systems is in serious doubt when that person is borderline illiterate.

I don't know any 'liberals', but I find it odd to be told they like the Roman Empire. More the Mussolini/Napoleon sort of thing, I'd have thought. Still, right-wing Americans believe anything, as we all know.

I feel like an idiot for even posting in a thread so monumentally oafish as this, but just had to ask:

What is inherently wrong with the idea of a One World Government?

If by some bizarre miracle the day were to arrive where nobody had to work for a living, would that be an inherently bad thing? (On a side note, if so, does that mean everyone in Heaven has to work for a living?)

Does any sane person actually believe that all or even a significant number of liberals WANT more welfare? Or a giant unaccountable bureacracy? Or more abortions? Or the mass murder of Christians and political opponents? Or that all or even a significant number of liberals share one or more sexual fetishes or orientations? All of these suggestions are such obvious lunacy that I am bewildered at myself for even feeling compelled to point out the incredible absurdity behind the nonsense in the OP.

Too irrational and incoherent to warrant a reply.

That was when the teabags were enslaved and Caesar nationalised the production of fundamentalist nutters for the Arena, while later that East Coast élitist Nero played the lyre and sang the Internationale, right!

What, you're in the dark? This is history turning a whole circle. Roman governors were given appointments to rule over provinces for 2 or 4 year terms. So they only had few years to milk their jurisdictions with the ultimate aim to get rich. And milk they did. Ironically or not, that's politics today.

Aha, yes! But I think that was only under the Republic. Under the Empire only the really powerful profitted in a big way (as in Iraq and so on, I suppose!).

    This is interesting.

I'm a moderate, sort of left leaning, so does that mean I only sorta kinda maybe like the Roman Empire?

I wasn't even aware it was a requirement!
