The very red 10 Republican states that claim that Democrats are all about hand-outs, big government, and mooching from the government are themselves doing the mooching from the Federal government as this fine report brings out. Face it, without the Liberals helping you out you'd be in a heck of a bind. So, for all the Repub talk that Liberals taking money from the government is bad and should not be done they too are now caught doing the very same thing.
