The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals handed down another ruling on marriage equality, this time upholding the ruling that Oklahoma's ban on marriage equality is unconstitutional. Previously the same 3-judge panel last month had upheld the decision overturning Utah's marriage equality ban.

I somehow doubt that the Supreme Court is going to want to go anywhere near these cases, and doesn't really have to unless two circuit courts produce incompatible decisions. And if that should ever happen, it will surely be too late to turn back the clock. Too many marriages of too long duration.

Again, another great victory for gay marriage.

These appellate court cases are the real tipping point in my opinion. So much momentum and its wonderful.

Another good day to be an american.
