Wow! The FBI advises Clinton did it, in great detail, and then closes with the legal equivalent of "Never Mind"...

Think of this..we have the Clinton/Lynch meeting, the fall out where she says she will follow the recommendation of the FBI and then the FBI says she's guilty BUT.....

    Is the fix in?

If you had been paying attention, I've been explaining that intent was key in determining to prosecute or not.

So all those years in government and Hillary still doesn't know how to handle emails. That's a confidence booster. She knew what she was doing. Like deleting 30,000 emails then saying trust me, how stupid do you have to be to buy that line (*)(*)(*)(*).

Motive and intent were obviously there to anybody paying attention. And an Obama justice department that had no intention of ever allowing charges to be brought against Hillary Clinton was obvious to anybody paying attention. She knows where all the figurative bodies are buried. No way they would ever allow her to be indicted even if Obama had to pardon her before charges were made.

Isn't it amazing that people who investigate themselves almost always find themselves innocent or at least their 'crimes' never reach the level that requires any disciplinary action or punative response. The U.S. government is no different.

It doesn't matter what her intent was or was not. She broke federal laws. There is no ifs, and or buts about it. If I were to fire a gun in the air, and the bullet comes down 3 miles away and that kills someone, I am going to be charged. I had zero intent to kill said person, I would still be charged.

Hey, we all know what happened...
    :confusion:
... Slick Willie gave Miss Loretta the secret handshake...

... and voila! - no indictment.

The obama administration is the most corrupt ever. Why would anyone be surprised? Is anyone surprised by this?

When it was discovered that the Bush Admin used at least 88 accounts on a private server by the RNC for years and somehow "lost" somewhere between 5,000,000 of 25,000,000 emails.

But we get it, Democrats are held to a different standard than Republicans.

Murder is not the same as mishandling classified intel

Loretta Lynch is in charge. Who honestly thought that queen Bigot would actually prosecute? Hell, she's going to be a big part of Hillary's government if she wins. She can't take the chance of screwing it up.

Yeah but if you fire a gun in the air and the bullet falls harmlessly to earth then nobody cares, except those who are hung up on email management I mean gun safety. That's effectively what we have here.

What she did was sloppy stupid and careless but it was not a crime. No amount of wet panties by extremists is going to change reality into the fantasies that you guys are having with your wet dreams and wishes that the Clinton Whench committed a criminal act. She did not committ a criminal. Get over it.

Yes. Loretta has stated publicly that they chatted about grandchildren and nothing was discussed re the e-mail investigation. Anybody who believes that really needs to see my nice assortment of bridges I have for sale. They just 'bumped into each other'. Yes and that is why Bill had his plane wait until she showed up at the airport. And a fly on the wall might have heard, Loretta: "Hi Bill, how's that grandbaby?" Bill: "Just wonderful Loretta, and did you know her grandmother is being invested for criminal violation of handling of classified material?. . . ."

I know people are focusing on the Bill and Loretta meeting... I think whats more telling is that today Obama is campaigning with Hillary... technically they had plans to do this before the latest terrorist event, but isn't it amazing when the commander in chief, is campaigning with the very person under investigation of a crime... forget the Loretta Lynch issues of meeting with Bill Clinton... the commander in chief is campaigning with the person who committed the crime... thats ALL you needed to know...

"I will let the FBI independent investigators decide if she should be charged, wink wink"... meanwhile the FBI boss says he doesn't believe she should be charged, if you were one of his employees, would YOU go against your boss who controlled your career and promotion if he said he doesn't believe she will be charged? the fix was in...

This isn't even news. We all knew she "did it," she admitted that much; most of us also knew the point of the FBI investigation was to clear her name. If the repubs hadn't nominated such a buffoon then we could end the Clinton legacy now, but instead we're going to have to wade through four more years of this crap.

You're right about the buffoon. A decent opponent could beat her, but she doesn't have one.

No one said that...Just that the fix was in. One does not spend 15 minutes outlining charges and then conclude with 'never mind'. The FBI found criminality and the politicians found a 'get our of jail' card.

The point was intent and criminal reasonability. And what she did, is more serious then what you're trying to pass it off as "email management".

If the fix was in then why talk about how much she did wrong? Your argument makes no sense.

They don't have the evidence that she committed a crime. That evidence is probably in the 1000s of emails that she destroyed, even though the law required her to turn them over to the state department when she left.
