16th amendment degrades private property

    The 16th amendment degraded private property into personal property.
    The 16th amendment criminalizes any attempt to keep personal property private.

    Of course, on Feb. 3, 1916 these implications were to a very great extent merely theoretical. The idea that the government could govern economic interactions on a society wide scale was absolutely unimaginable.
    Today it's not so far fetched.

    It seems to me that the last item of personal property I posses that still qualifies as private property is my body.
    I don't want don't want my "privates" degraded into my "personals".
