    If nothing else this video from a woman whose family was untouched by the 1918 flu epidemic is quite encouraging but........
    I think that her advice to all of us could turn out to be useful in some ways as well.

    I ran into the suggestion after the 4:30 mark regarding other possible health benefits but of course I really don't claim to understand why something so simple could perhaps assist at least some people to avoid catching the flu.

    I really like the idea that a high sugar diet increases our level of INFLAMMATION which makes us more vulnerable to any virus.... including CORONA.
