OK then tell us where the information for the literary promotional brochure came from.
Where did the information for the Vanity Fair article come from.
Why are there so many misrepresentations in his own book?

I can only speak for myself and not any birthers, but I find it highly curious such misinformation appears in publications that rely on being accurate and that these total misrepresentations went uncorrected for 17 years.

There were dozens of publication prior and thousands of publications after which indicated he was born in hawaii

And this remains a non issue to all but retard birthers and conspiracy theorists

And in 4 prominent newspapers in the same year- 1990- Obama is noted to have been raised in Indonesia.

    Who told them? They guessed?

I showed you the article about the mistakes the Wall Street Journal makes. Publications make mistakes- sometimes they retract them, sometimes they don't.

People make mistakes. Sometimes someone gives them the wrong information. Sometimes they just misread something and extrapolate. In this case we have multiple publications in the same year- all but one of them say he was raised in Indonesia- one says he was raised in Singapore.

You don't care why the others said 'Indonesia'- you only care about the 'outliar'.

    Because that furthers your agenda.

Because no one cared enough to correct them?

How could anyone have predicted in 1990 or 1991 that there would be a group of whackjobs spending 4 years examining any and every document ever published about Barack Obama, looking for some obscure error in order to damage President Barack Obama?

Conspiracy Theorists are always anomaly minding- focusing on the outliars, and ignoring the clear and consistant information(born in Hawaii in every actual news article, raised in Indonesia in every article except one).

Are you ignorant or are you a liar? Hard to tell when confronting Birthers misinformation:

The New York Times, Feb. 6, 1990The Harvard Law Review, generally considered the most prestigious in the country, elected the first black president in its 104-year history today. The job is considered the highest student position at Harvard Law School.

The new president of the Review is Barack Obama, a 28-year-old graduate of Columbia University who spent four years heading a community development program for poor blacks on Chicago's South Side before enrolling in law school. His late father, Barack Obama, was a finance minister in Kenya and his mother, Ann Dunham, is an American anthropologist now doing fieldwork in Indonesia. Mr. Obama was born in Hawaii.

    Chicago Tribune, February 07, 1990
Activist In Chicago Now Heads Harvard Law Review
Just a few years ago, Barack Obama was helping residents of the Altgeld Gardens housing development challenge the Chicago Housing Authority over asbestos in their apartments.

Born in Hawaii to the late Barack Obama,

LA Times, March 19, 1990By Tammerlin Drummond
    Times Staff Writer

Barack Obama stares silently at a wall of fading black-and-white photographs in the muggy second-floor offices of the Harvard Law Review. He lingers over one row of solemn faces, his predecessors of 40 years ago.
All are men. All are dressed in dark-colored suits and ties. All are white.
His own upbringing is a blending of diverse cultures. Born in Hawaii, where his parents met in college, Obama was named Barack (blessed in Arabic) after his father.

Born in Hawaii to the late Barack Obama, once a finance minister in Kenya, and Ann Dunham, an American anthropologist, Obama went to Columbia University before moving to Chicago to work as a community organizer."

    Columbia Today, Fall 1990
The election of Barack Obama ’83 last February as the first black president of the Harvard Law Review commanded wide attention in the press. .... Born in Hawaii

Chicago Magazine, January 1993, Chicago Tribune, Feb 10, 1993, Los Angeles Times, August 7, 1995, Chicago Daily Herald, January 22, 2003, Time Magazine, June 24, 2004- all saying that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

And of course his own biography published in 1995.

One obscure promotional pamphlet in 1991 said he was born in Kenya but 10 major news publications, his alma mater's magazine, and his own best selling biography for a period from 1990 to 2004 all consistantly say that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

So much for '100% of what was written about him before he entered the national spot light"

    Just more Birther misinformation.
