    Well, I don't get why this is in "survival" at all, but oh well.

    And 99% of that list was common sense. I think it would only be a surprise of somebody is a complete moron (no insult against you intended).

    People eat what tastes good. What tastes good sells. Information is good so good on you for this post.

    I think by now unless you live under a rock most everyone knows what a good diet is and what foods are and are not healthy for you. And thanks to government labeling regulations all a consumer has to do is look at the label. Without that evil governmental influence we might have an excuse for being an obese society. Damn them......

    No, the things that are put on the labels are highly subject to interpretation and sometimes, from the interpretive view of the buyer, false. Did you read the article?
