I thought I would start this thread for members to discuss who they believe will represent both the AFC and NFC in Super Bowl L....or Super Bowl 50.

And as well who will win their Division Titles.

Right now the New England Patriots look very good and I believe they will win the AFC East and win the AFC Championship Game.

As far as the NFC I think as long as Roger's stays healthy the Packer's will win the NFC Championship but if Roger's get's hurt again....this might very well be the year the Arizona Cardinals make it to the Superbowl.

Predictions....Patriots vs. Packers in Super Bowl L.

Winner....New England Patriots 31 Green Bay Packers 27

Hey....I am a Life Long Patriots Fan so I am not a Band Wagon rider!! LOL!!

The Packer's would have no chance at making it to the Super Bowl without Rogers so it very well could be the Cardinals.

The Seahawks are too distracted by last years debacle so I don't think they will make it and the Cowboys have lost Romo but hey....in my opinion Tony Romo does not have what it takes to get there or win the Big Games so if Dallas either has or can find themselves a good Quarterback....they might have a shot.

I liked the way Green Bay handled Seattle's ground game which gives me hope for the Packers. On the other hand, I didn't like the way Rodgers was floating around in the pocket and throwing from every angle like he did in the first half of the game. Too much like Favre in his later years. If Rodgers keeps that up, he will get hurt and/or the interceptions/fumbles will pile up. Dallas will be good with or without Romo.

The Pats are a safe bet in the AFC but, somehow, I don't see them making it to the Superbowl. Their advantage seems to be the system they run, not the talent.

No for sure you are not a bandwaggoner but what also is for sure is you admire a team that is the spoiled rich brats of the NFL who get special treatment, has no morals or integrity and employs thugs, druggies and a convicted murderer ,has a coach that teaches all his players to cheat to win,has a quarterback that is a liar and cheater, and are are so biased you ignore all this

the cheatriots have now taken the top honor away from the chokeland faiders as being the top dog criminal organization in the NFL and its sick that you admire a team like that.

The faiders still give them a run for their money as the most classless organization in the NFL of course by signing aldon smith who would have fit right in there perfectly with the cheatriots.

Oh and if you not on cloud nine and actually looked at the reality of the whole picture you would come back to earth and see the reality is that your cheatriots will more than likely be in the superbowl again this year ONLY because the AFC is so weak, that if they played in the NFC west they would never have a prayer of getting there this year, the NFC west is easily the toughest division in football.

your cheatriots might as well play against a bunch of high school teams in the weak and laughable AFC east beating up on creampuffs the dolphins, bill, and jets.none who have a decent quarterback.:roflol:

Put your cheatriots up against the dolphins and bills teams from the 80's when they actually had good quarterbacks in jim kelly and dan marino,no way in hell do they win the division every year.you know it we know it just as you also have to deal with pesky facts that the only reason you beat the seahawks last year was because they were playing a crippled secondary entering the game and only won because one of their staters bobby lane got hurt and when he did brady was able to throw a touchdown against his replacement,a scrub who had no business wearing a seahawk uniform.:roflol:

you cant change the facts that the pats would have been blown out by the seahawks had they entered the game completely healthy just as the broncos were the year before unable to get around facts that year when they came into the game completely healthy and did not lose one of their starters to injury during the game, were able to shut down the highest scoring offense of all time.

oh and it also helped that you played against pete the cheat,a coach who was on the take and threw the superbowl for ya. he threw the opener against the rams as well.players at USC accused him back then of throwing games. He did it in college and is still doing it in the NFL.

lucky for you,you were not playing against the giants again last year because tom coughlin is not corrupt like carrol and HE would not have been a retard and called for that pass play.he would have used Lynch and scored the winning touchdown.

even with a injured crippled secondary you STILL almost lost that game and would have if not for a crooked coach on the take.:roflol:

I think they will be in the superbowl again because like i said the AFC is so weak and they play against creampuffs twice a year in the jets, biil, and dolphins.thats 6 easy victorys for them right there.

the AFC doesnt have any teams that are that good really.I thought the Ravens would be a serious superbowl contender but after losing to the chokeland faiders, who can take them serious now? and i still cannot believe the colts lost to the bill.how do you lose to them? the ravens and the colts were the two teams that i saw causing them problems but after they lost to two bad teams last week,i just dont see it being anyone in the AFC other than the cheatriots.

however the REAL superbowl will be the NFC title game probably between the packers and the cardinals.whoever wins that game will easily win the superbowl. i think the cards will win that game so they will be the new superbowl champs.

    TALK ABOUT SOUR GRAPES!!! LOL!!!

You just keep on complaining and the Patriots will just keep on winning.

If Brady and the Patriots win Super Bowl L.....they will have won Back to Back Super Bowls 2 Times.
Brady will have gone to 7 Super Bowls and won 5 and be the only Quarterback in History to do so as right now Brady is tied with Montana and Bradshaw with 4 Super Bowl Rings.
The Patriots if they win Super Bowl L will have gone to 9 Super Bowls close to 1/5th of all Super Bowls ever played.....will have won 5 Super Bowls meaning the Patriots will have won 10% of all Super Bowls ever played....and Coach Bill Belichick will have 7 Super Bowl Rings.

Now perhaps the Patriots won't make it or perhaps they won't win Super Bowl L....but I would NOT bet on it!!!

The Patriots are looking good and they have without any doubt the Best Coach in Football.

    The Packers look good.

    So do the Cardinals.

Dallas looks good as well even without Romo and if they can get a good QB they could be tough for GB to get by.

    The Giants.....nope.

The Bills are getting good but they are just not there yet.

The Jets also look good but again....they are not there yet.

Pittsburgh has got all sorts of issues.

Wildcards....not as in getting a Wildcard but as in perhaps getting into the AFC and NFC Game.

Saints, Panthers, Jag's, Denver....but that is all about Manning as I think it's all over for him this year.

It's OK.....we still got the RINGS!! LOL!!!

I used to watch the Patriots when I was just a kid and they would get good once every 10 years or so and then lose to the Raiders.

Then there was the year that they took Tony Eason out of the AFC Championship Game and put in Veteran Patriots Quarterback Steve Grogan...a consummate Riverboat Gambler of a QB who lead the Patriots in a come from behind victory to beat Dan Marino and the Miami Dolphins....the ONLY NFL Team who had beat the 85 Chicago Bears.

Then Patriots coach Raymond Berry would make the mistake of STARTING Eason against the Bears in the Super Bowl. When they pulled Eason and put in Grogan....Grogan scored a Touchdown with an endzone pass to Irvin Fryer.

Then there was the Bill Parcells debacle as Drew Bledsoe and the Patriots led at halftime in the Super Bowl they lost to the Packers and Bret Favre.

FINALLY....in the 2001 Season....Drew Bledsoe was hit by a New York Jet so hard it caused Bledsoe to have internal chest injuries and Bledsoe almost died.

Tom Brady came in and was unable to overcome the number of Points the Jets had put up but Brady would go on all the way to the AFC Championship Game against the Steelers in Pittsburgh when Tom Brady would get hurt....have to come out of the game and Brady was replaced by Drew Bledsoe who would WIN THE GAME by throwing a Touchdown pass to David Patton in the end zone....and bringing the Patriots to the Superdome where the Patriots would start Tom Brady with Drew Bledsoe making the offensive calls and the Patriots would beat what was being called THE GREATEST SHOW ON TURF in the Rams.....on a close to 50 yard kick by Adam Viniteri.

The Pat's would just miss the playoff's in the 2002 Season....then win the Super Bowl BACK TO BACK in the 2003 and 2004 seasons against the Carolina Panthers and the Philadelphia Eagles respectively.

The Patriots would then become the fist team in NFL HISTORY to go 16-0 in the Regular Season and if it were not for an unreal catch on 4th down by a Giants receiver would of and should have gone UNDEFEATED.

The Pat's would lose again in a close game to the Giants.

And then of course the Patriots won Super Bowl XLIX at the beginning of this year.

Patriots Fan's have had a hard road to travel and I remember going to what was called SHAFFER STADIUM then Sullivan Stadium and finally Bob Kraft built the current BEST STADIUM IN THE NFL without the aid of Public Money and PATRIOT'S GAMES have been sold out for every single game since Bob Kraft took over.

We are very luck to have such a great owner and great coach and have without a doubt the best Quarterback that ever lived.

I'm a Cardinals fan, so I'd love to see them go back to the Super Bowl.
But, they gotta keep Carson Palmer healthy, and we got some problems with our O-line.

Aaron Rogers, and the Packers are definitely contenders. The NFC North is there's for the taking.

I still see the Seahawks as a threat as well.

I think Carolina will take the NFC South, since the rest of the division looks like a dumpster fire.

The NFC East is harder to judge. The Cowboys and Eagles were a toss up for taking it.
But it seems like Chip Kelly's program is over rated, and Sam Bradford looks terrified of getting hit. Romo and Bryant being out is a big hit on Dallas, and the fact that they brought Matt Castle on board, means they have no faith in Weeden.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Giants snuck in and took it. A long shot, I know.

In the AFC North, it's gonna be a dogfight between Pittsburg and the Bengals.

In the AFC East, I like what Todd Bowels has done with the Jets, but Brady and the Pats look like a sure thing.

AFC West is gonna be between the Broncos and Chiefs. I think Manning has one more run on the super bowl left in him.

The AFC South looks like a mess, and so does Luck and the Colts. I wonder what the hell Is going on there. Unless the Texans can't get their act together, I'd keep a eye on the Jags.

I saw last years NFC title game being the cards and packers and had the cards not had so many key injurys having to play the last quarter of the season with a third string quarterback, that probably would have happened. tough to win a lot of games when you are down to a third stringer.

Dont see them having multiple injurys again so like i said,if they win the NFC title game which will be against the cards more than likely, they will be the new superbowl champ because like said, the AFC is weak, full of creampuffs that cant match up to the NFC teams when they are completely healthy.

the Ravens used to be that kind of team that could and I was thinking they were getting back to being the team that had that kind of physical toughness that could stand toe to toe with the NFC like they had a couple years ago when they won the superbowl after they seemed to have gotten their toughness back last year making the playoffs again. But losing to the chokeland faiders? what the hell is up with that? the raiders are improving and getting better but they are HARDLY a powerhouse.

yeah but anybody who could root for a classless organization with a classless owner, classless coach, classless quarterback, thats just plain sick and makes me ashamed to be an american since this is the greatest scandal in sports history since the black sox scandal.

someone who would CONTINUE to root for a team like that has no morals. I am a chargers fan and have always been a huge fan of them the past 20 year almost.I say ALMOST 20 years because unlike cheatriot fans I have morals.when the chargers hired on marty $hittenheimer as their head coach, for the first time ever,I could not cheer on the chargers,I rooted for them to lose each week because the $hittenhiemer family has no class at all, they are arrogant pricks and marty is the biggest jerk and such an a hole that I could not bring myself to cheer on the chargers back then.that was painful for me because as i said,i have always loved the chargers so it was hard for me to turn my back on them but i did, because i have morals and could not support a team that had a coach as classless as he is.

the ownership of the cheatiots have no class.the NFL is so corrupt it should be reformed.only way that can be done is strip the patriots of all their superbowl trophys under belicheat and fire the owner. FACT,anybody who says otherwise is a jerk.

and this is coming from a guy who WANTED the cheatriots to win the previous five superbowls before last year since being a chargers fan I have always been an AFC guy so i always root for the AFC to win.

I was especially happy when they beat the rams for their first superbowl win since i have always rooted for the rams to lose each week the last 20 years and yet,i hear all this nonsense crap that i hate the cheatriots.yeah i hate them thats why i wanted them to win the previous five times before.

here is the problem with people who say i hate them because they are winners.

other than that phony fraud team in stank louis.i have always hated the dallas cowboys more than any other NFL team and always root for them to lose each week as well only rooting for them to win when they play the Lambs. the years they won their three superbowls,I was bummed out about it.

but i can at least respect the cowboys for their superbowl trophys they won and wont call for them to be stripped of their superbowl trophys because THEY EARNED their superbowl trophys, they did not have to cheat to do so.

The Texan's have made the mistake of opening up their mouths.

The Patriots obliterated the Texan's a few years ago in the playoffs and after the Pat's won the Super Bowl the Texan's mouths began to flap which of course means that if the Texans happen to get better than they are right now as they stink...and if they face the Patriots in the Playoffs....well Coach Belichick always saves those newspaper articles for a purpose!! LOL!!

I have relatives and friends in the Phoenix area so I would like to see the Card's in the Super Bowl vs. the Pat's.

Matt Castle is one hell of a good pickup for Dallas and I KNEW Dallas would sign him as he was not being used and Matt was a Brady backup and when Brady went down for the year Castle went 11-5 only to not make the playoffs.

Pittsburgh is not going to go to the Super Bowl this year as they just don't have what it takes.

Well....Ben Rothlisburger is out and this will likely end the playoff chances for the Steelers.

The Jets lost to the Eagles 27-17.

Tom Brady and the Patriots obliterated the Jag's 51-17 at Gillette with Brady throwing several TD passes one of them being the 400th Touch Down Pass of his career placing Brady at #4 of all time....and the Patriots sit alone at the top of the AFC East at 3-0.

Brady and the Patriots scored every single time they had the ball except at the end of the Game when Patriots QB backup Jimmy G. took a knee with about 1 Minute and 40 seconds left a few times to end the game thus the Patriots never punted during the game.

The Bill's blew out Dolphins 41-14 and went to 2-1....with the Fin's at 1-2.

Also the Cardinals blew out the 49er's 47-7 and the Card's look good.

    Dallas lost to Atlanta 39-28.

And the Seahawks finally won a game beating the Bears 26-0.

The 2-0 Packers play the 1-1 Chiefs Monday night.

    WOW!!

That is one prediction I never thought I would read here!!

The Bears are horrible this year so I don't see any possibility of the Bears making into the Playoffs never mind get into the Super Bowl.

The Raiders....ehhh.....they might make the playoffs but I don't think they have the people to go any further than perhaps the Wild Card game.

It takes a certain...."SOMETHING"....that intangibility that exists in a Team that a fan can see and even feel to know they are capable of not only getting to the Super Bowl but will win it as well.

Such teams I have so far seen with this..."SOMETHING"....are the....

    Patriots
    Cardinals
    Packers
Cowboys....and the interesting thing about the Cowboys is that I think if former Patriot QB Matt Castle is put at the helm he is capable of leading the Cowboys to the Superbowl as Tony Romo just did NOT have what it took to win the must win games.

The Cardinals look very good and they are hungry.

The Packers are also hungry but it all depends on whether Rogers can stay healthy or not as without QB Aaron Rogers the Packers just don't have that...."SOMETHING".

The Patriots top this group as they are always hungry and after watching Tom Brady play and win the first 3 games as the Pat's are 3-0....it just seems to me that Brady is on a MISSION to become the first NFL QB in HISTORY to have won 5 Super Bowl Championships.

An example of this...."SOMETHING"....was seen last Sunday when Brady threw his 400th career Touch Down pass to #80 Tony Amendola which put Brady at #4 ALL TIME for numbers of Touch Down passes ever thrown by an NFL Quarterback and Brady would then quickly throw #401 and this will continue without Brady even addressing the issue that he threw #400.

In any other Stadium and if it was any other QB from any other Team after they threw their career 400th TD and moved to #4 ALL TIME....a Time Out would have been taken to stop the game to present Brady or any other QB the Football and have the Stadium Announcer declare that their Quarterback had just thrown his 400th touch down pass and moved up to #4 ALL TIME.

BUT NOT IN GILLETTE STADIUM IN FOXBOROUGH MASSACHUSETTS.

    NOT THE PATRIOTS.....NOT TOM BRADY.

In fact Tom Brady let it be KNOWN to all his receivers in the Patriots Offense that Tom did NOT care about the Ball.....did not care about the statistic....and did not want the ball as Tom told his Team that the ONLY STATISTIC that he cares about is the NUMBER OF SUPER BOWL RINGS HE HAS and he reminded his team members he still had a thumb on one hand and a thumb and 4 fingers on another that were capable of wearing more Super Bowl Championship Rings!!!

When Patriots receiver Tony Amendola caught Tom Brady's 400th career TD pass in the end zone Tony Amendola walked over to the end zone seats and gave Brady's 400th career TD Pass Football to one of the Patriots Fan's sitting in those end zone seats.

The game did not stop.....there was no ball presentation....and the New England Patriots defense soon took the field after the extra point was kicked.

THAT....is a demonstration of having that extra...."SOMETHING"....that defines a Player, Players, Coaches, Ownership and a TEAM in that they dedicated to defining themselves as people who care more about WINNING and particularly....WINNING SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES.

As I said....in any other stadium and if it was the Quarterback of any other Team throwing their 400th TD Pass...and moving up to #4 ALL TIME....the game would have stopped.

But the ONLY time the Patriots ever stop is the 24 hours after a SUPER BOWL VICTORY....and then it is back to work.

Both the Browns and the Bears are awful this year and for the Raiders to beat the Bears...well it's nothing to brag about and as you mentioned neither is barely squeaking out a win from the Browns.

The Bills seem to be doing well with Rex Ryan and I think they will get better. They lost to the Patriots but put on a good show toward the end.

With the moving back of the extra point kicking spot there have already been some misses as the extra point is no longer so...automatic.

It will be interesting to see how this effects teams with suspect kickers.

The Card's are my second pick to represent the NFC.

If Aaron Rogers get's hurt again I think you would be right that it would be the Card's vs. the Cowboys in the NFC Championship game.

The thing is it all depends on whether the Cowboys use Matt Castle who is a former Brady backup and when Brady went down for a year it was Matt Castle who led the Pat's to an 11-5 season.

Castle is an extremely smart and capable QB who's potential has only been utilized properly for one year with the Patriots and if Castle was not so expensive Belichick would still have kept him around.

I have relatives in Arizona who are big Cardinals fans so I root for the Cards and they look very good this year but I don't think they could beat a Packers Team with a healthy Aaron Rogers....but Rogers is showing signs of age unlike Brady and it is not known how well Rogers will hold up through an entire NFL Season this year as last year he ran out of gas and was hurt by playoff time.

The Pack with a healthy Aaron Rogers would have obliterated the Seahawks last year and the Seahawks were lucky to even get past the Packers as a number of freak plays and catches allowed the Seahawks to come back to win.

The Seahawks should never have almost beaten the Patriots in the Super Bowl either as again just like in the NFC game the Seahawks were able to almost win the game due to a wing and a prayer through and circus catch by a Seahawks reciever.
