You don't recall when Musk was the fair haired boy of the liberals, with his electric vehicles and his rockets and, of course his support of democratic candidates of all stripes? He did that, you know, right up to Trump's campaign this time. And now he's the demon as far as liberals are concerned, what with his MILLIONS aimed at encouraging people to register and vote republican, and his support of Trump, and the rumors he'll be the czar of eliminating government waste if trump wins. Suddenly his electric vehicles aren't such a fine product, and his rockets punching holes in the atmosphere and he DARED abandon California for Texas! And RFK Jr., why a life long liberal and royal member of the democratic party, what with having that last name of KENNEDY. Of course, the old boy was a bit of a whack job, what with his vaccine conspiracies and his criticism of our support for Ukraine, but after all, he is (was) a card carrying member of the democratic party and as such enjoyed all of the privileges and respect that role carried. You recall, he dared run against brandon for president, and suddenly all we heard about from democrats is that Kennedy is a whack job who spews these crazy vaccine conspiracies, and he hates the military, and probably kills and eats puppies. And then there's Trump. The man was a high ranking democrat for many years. The early talk of him running for president always assumed it would be as a democrat. Just ask Oprah. Or Hillary. Or (gasp) Nancy pelosi. He first registered at a republican, but in 1999 he went independent, then two years later he went democrat, and in 2009 he hopped back to the republicans. Two years later he went with "no affiliation" and then back to republican in 2012, apparently laying the foundation for his run at the presidency in 2016. But trump's switching political party as often as he changed wives didn't faze the democrats. When trump was a democrat he was the fair haired boy, wined and dined by the liberal elite and touted as a prime candidate as either President or Vice President. When he came down the escalator as a republican the democrats proceeded to demonize him without mercy. They even got the FBI/DOJ to spy on trump the candidate, and later trump the president.
